Very homely place. Lovely area and super close to the train station.
The host was very friendly and helpful. The house clean, tidy and safe. The bathrooms were lovely and while the beds were only “ok” the bedrooms were spacious, clean and nicely decorated. We did not use the outside lanai but it did look nice. However, the Check in process was a bit of a nightmare. We were dropped off very late at night And without knowing the area at all,it took us a long time to find the “small path “ that led to a train station that led us to a series of lock boxes to get the keys. Her instructions also did not include having to use a yellow key fob on the key ring to get us into the building, which also took us a while to figure out. Having to walk back after our stay was done to put the key back in the lockbox was also inconvenient. The host did advise me of all of this before we booked but it is not something I would do again. Very inconvenient for us.
Nos ha encantado, la casa es tal y como aparece en la fotos, las indicaciones de Verónica han sido muy prácticas. La zona es muy tranquila y la comunicación con el centro es muy buena por tren. Con ella todo ha sido rápido y fluido. La verdad es que repetiría sin duda !!
El sitio es tal y como se muestra en el anuncio. En una agradable zona muy cerca de la estación de tren de South Croydon, cerca del pueblo donde hay todo lo necesario para abastecerse y comer si es necesario. El tren a Londres pasa con bastante frecuencia, y si necesitas más, siempre puedes ir a la estación de East Croydon que es un paseo un poco más largo o un autobus de 5 minutos. East Croydon tiene mayor frecuencia de trenes con el centro de Londres. El apartamento muy limpio y agradable, con una terraza que te permite desayunar/comer/cenar al aire libre si el tiempo lo permite. Puedes ver ardillas e incluso vimos un zorro paseando por allí. Las instrucciones de Veronica son muy claras tanto para el check-in como para el check-out, totalmente autónomo. Las camas muy cómodas, aunque una de ellas tiene una barra a los pies por lo que no es apropiada para gente alta como yo. Muy recomendable.

This ground floor apartment with a wonderful patio space really represents excellent value for money at the price with excellent discounts for extended stays. It was spotlessly clean when we arrived and the facilities within the unit are exemplary with plenty of kitchenware and tableware for home cooking. I would heartily recommend this property to anybody wishing to stay in the Croydon Area and beyond as transport links are excellent. There are no negatives to report so all in all a very happy time during our stay
