Nice and clean, as advertised. Wifi was slow but it worked. It is two flights of stairs up to get to the unit, lift is broken. Nice place to stay in Southampton.

The apartment was as shown in the photos. Very tidy and clutter free. Great location for getting to the High Street area and for pre cruise accomodations. The lift (elevator) is out of service so we had to carry our luggage up 4 flights of stairs. There is a concert club just outside the living room, but the windows are great at sound reduction.
Thank you for having me as a guest and for being a responsive host :) .I really enjoyed my stay,the flat was spotless and is decorated beautifully (very modern and high spec furnishings) 10 minutes walk from the city centre. The bed was super comfortable so I slept really well - bathroom spotless too. I would 1000% stay in this apartment again !
lovely flat with everything you could need and only 10/15 mins walk from Southampton high street where there is loads to do and enjoy. We had a really lovely 3 nights here

We have enjoy to stay the place and the whole flat has been well look after, clear and good furniture. As for the price I would consider a good value.
Good location to walk to nearby eateries, quiet with a nearby park. The place is great, kitchen is well equip and has a washing machine which was handy for a long stay.
The house was spotless, beautifully modern, and well-maintained—it felt new and comfortable. However, there was some miscommunication about parking. I requested a permit well in advance which I was happy to pay for, and Stuart assured me it would be at the property. Upon arrival, the permit wasn’t there, and it took over an hour to get a response, which was a quite frustrating after a 2 hour drive. Stuart explained the previous guests had taken the permits, but surely it would make more sense to leave enough permits for each guest’s length of stay? Aside from this, it was a good stay overall, but more clarification would be appreciated.
Vi bodde 4 netter i leiligheten. Den passet fint til oss, ryddig og ren. Vi reiste med tog, og det var helt fint å gå med kofferter fra jernbanestasjonen til leiligheten. Kort vei til sentrum. Southampton er et supert utgangspunkt for dagsturer til andre steder, vi var i Portsmouth og i Winchester. Deilig å komme tilbake til leiligheten, se en film på Netflix og slappe av før vi gikk ut og spiste. Takk for oss!
Have stayed in a few Airbnbs’ in Southampton and this is by far the best, apartment was spotlessly clean, only stayed one night but it was a pleasure.

Stuart was a very accommodating host, who supported our late night arrival by coming out to meet us with the key after hours. Really prompt communication. The apartment was spotlessly clean, comfortable & spacious. Central to all amenities if you want pubs, restaurants etc & very close to Ocean Terminal which was ideal for us.
Stuart’s flat was very tastefully decorated, was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed, thank you. Stuart was a great host which made arriving and leaving very easy. The flat came with a dedicated car parking space which was a bonus! We particularly enjoyed the medieval part of Southampton and we cycled along some very interesting coastal paths. What a great trip!
