Great location, very comfortable flat and excellent help from the host. Veronica has been very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. There is everything we need in the apartment - nothing to fault.
We had a great stay at the apartment. Veronica gave us clear instructions for check-in and recommendations for the many local restaurants. The location is excellent - a very short walk from Russell Square Tube station. The Picadilly line takes you direct to Heathrow. The apartment itself is well furnished, very clean and cosy. We had a really enjoyable stay here and would highly recommend. to future guests
We loved staying at Veronica's apartment. The location is perfect, just a short walk away from Russel Square tube station and St Pancras station. There are some nice shops in the area and we especially loved the goodies at Ta'mini Lebanese bakery around the corner. The apartment itself is very light, comfortable (especially the bed) and practical and while it's not huge, it feels spacious. Communication with Veronica was very friendly and she always responded immediately to any queries we had. Would love to visit again!
This was the perfect apt for a week of exploring London. It is only a few blocks from the Russel Square subway station that is a straight shot to Heathrow Airport. No subway changes necessary. The bed is really comfortable large and the kitchen has a dishwasher and washing machine. There was plenty of hot water for 3 people to take showers in a row. Great Stay!!
The apartment is spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. it is in a great location, a few minutes walk from the subway, as well as museums, restaurants, bars, etc. Veronica is a very responsive host and was able to address any questions I had in a timely fashion. We would definitely come back!
Le logement est conforme à la description. Il possède tout le confort nécessaire et notamment pour la Cuisine, lave linge et la literie. Le logement est agréable ! En plus de cela: bonne situation. Il est accessible à pied de kingscross, soho a 15 minutes. Au pied l’immeuble: zones commerciales (magasins, restaurants…) et transports proches (bus, métro) Veronica est réactive et claire dans ses échanges. Je recommande +++
The flat is well located within easy walking distance to shops, restaurants and transport. It is clean and the kitchen is well equipped. The public areas of the building are a little bit run down, but the flat itself has been recently renovated. and is modern and comfortable. The heating is good with plentiful hot water. The area is lively and does get noisy in the evenings, but settles down at night and the bedroom is quiet. The only negative for us were the steep steps at the entrance to the building plus those to get to the lift and into the flat. We had heavy suitcases so the steps were difficult for us when we checked in and out but not a problem otherwise. Overall, a good stay in a central location at a good price.

Les lits sont confortables, mais la couverture pour le divan lit n’était pas suffisamment longue pour couvrir quelqu’un de la taille d’un adulte et l’appartement est juste pour une famille de quatre. Difficile de manger à quatre à la table en raison de l’espace restreint et cette dernière est très chambranlante. Malgré tout l’appartement est bien. Il était équipé avec les éléments de base pour notre séjour. Il est prêt du métro, de la gare et de l’épicerie.
The location was great (about equidistant from Kings Cross and Russell Square stations). The space wasn’t huge, but it was big enough for my wife and I in the bedroom and our child on the living room futon. Our only complaint was that it was warm that week, and since there’s no AC the bedroom does get warm. We only had one floor fan for both rooms and we let our child use it. However, it’s a mild complaint. We’d definitely consider staying there again if we make a return trip.

The unit is very nicely set up, bright, clean. Kitchen is very well equipped. Description is accurate, everything in the unit worked well. It was very hot in London when we were there, and the unit is hard to keep cool because the front windows are on the entry corridor, and, for security, can only be opened a tiny bit. It’s a great area - easy to get around, with grocery stores, restaurants, shops nearby. The building needs maintenance (eg. peeling paint in the stairwells) but having a secure main front door helps promote a sense of safety.
We had a great stay at Veronica's place. The flat itself was clean, comfortable and as it appeared in the listing. The location is brilliant with easy access to transport and plenty of pubs, restaurants and cafes in the area. There was a bit of street noise at night but no more than expected from this area of London. Overall it was a great stay.
LOVED our stay in London. Fantastic location with easy access to the Underground. Minor issue with hot water, but a quick message to Veronica got us a quick reply and easy solution! Absolutely recommend!
Veronica's place is every traveler's dream place. 1. Location is ideal, safe, fun during the day, quiet at night, lots of restaurants, and easy access to trains. 2. Apartment is better than most hotels, clean, lots of room, every single item you expect to work actually does, from high water pressure and temperature, to bread toaster, to closet with hangers. 3. Restaurants and groceries are all within 3-5 min walking distance. 4. Lastly, Veronica was responsive before, during, and after your stay. I will certainly go back is she will let me.
