The flat has its own private courtyard behind a locked gate and the front door is down eight concrete steps.
It has an entrance hall where you can hang coats.
To the left is the generous living room. It has a 40in TV, double-seater sofa, day bed that can be converted to a double bed, luxurious rugs covering the tiled floor and a dining table with four chairs.
Off this space is the compact but modern and fully equipped kitchen. It has a full-size fridge, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster and all the pots, pans, crockery and cutlery you will need.
To the right of the hall is the bedroom, which has a modern four-poster bed, bedside tables and an open wardrobe.
The bathroom is en suite from this bedroom.

Perfect location for central Gloucester.
This AirBnB is clean, well equipped and superbly located in Gloucester. It's next to a beautiful park and close to the town's historic spa area, with many old Regency era houses. It's a relatively peaceful and relaxing spot. The flat itself is also as advertised; small but equipped with everything you're likely to need, and very clean. Our stay was slightly spoiled as the shower stopped working and began only producing freezing cold water in the last couple of days. I was told to contact maintenance, which I did, but I only received one holding reply then nothing else; hence we didn't have anywhere to properly wash during a very hot spell (there's no bath). Nobody came to look at it, and nobody responded to any of my messages with an offer of help - this disappointment is the only reason I'm awarding four stars to what would otherwise be a five star flat. Of course, such things can go wrong anywhere, but it would have been a better stay if someone had tried to be more helpful.
