We loved this charming cottage . It had everything that we needed and was exactly as the host had promised . It was lovely and warm with a log burner which we so enjoyed. The location was perfect for access to our favourite places The host sorted out a small problem for us in a jiffy . We would thoroughly recommend this property although anyone with mobility issues might find the stairs a challenge . We would definitely book again
We had a lovely stay in this charming cottage. It was cosy, homely, and very clean, with everything we needed for a comfortable break. The countryside views were beautiful and made it a really peaceful place to relax. A great little find — we’d definitely stay again
A lovely character cottage overlooking fields front and back. Ours was a winter stay and the cottage warmed up quickly and kept its heat throughout the time ( gas central heating on thermostst) I imagine the garden would be lovly in the Summer. Highly recommended

A lovely cosy comfy cottage with everything you want. Easy to find and a nice parking spot right outside the property. There is lots to do in the area, sights to see and lots of walks. The cottage was comfortable and the kitchen very usable.
Lovely cosy clean cottage. Very well equiped kitchen and great bathroom. Really enjoyed our stay, great location with some lovely walks straight from the door. Would love to return and enjoy the outdoor space as well.
A lovely little place... well equipped with everything that we needed for our stay. It was clean cozy and comfortable and ideally situated for easy access to the local sights and amenities. It was well worth the money and we would thoroughly recommend it for a stay.
Great place to stay for south Devon
A really homely cottage in a very convenient location, central to where we wanted to go. Very clean and well presented, the bathroom is the star, really lovely, however a lock on the door would be helpful 😁. Would definitely recommend and consider again.
This pretty cottage in country surroundings was an ideal location for exploring Brixham and visiting Greenway and Coleton Fishacre. Parking was easy. Unfortunately you can hear the nearby A road from both bedrooms due to the single glazing.

Great place, beautiful home and very clean and well equipped. Not sure if the photos showed the sheep across the road but it should do, they were a lovely extra having them next door. Host was quick to respond and polite. Would love to stay again, didn’t want to go home!

Small and quaint cottage. Spacious bedrooms and a lovely modern clean bathroom. Nostalgic living room, kitchen and bedroom decor like going to your nans house back in the day. Good location to the sand ridge vineyard and brixham town centre, 10 minutes each way. On street parking that wasn’t ever busy. Nice little garden out the back. Quiet and pleasant cottage overall that does the job.
We all enjoyed the stay and location, there was plenty to do and see, we would certainly stay at this property again and recommend to friends according.
Great value, sweet little cottage. We loved the traditional character of the area and the cottage itself - and with a newly renovated bathroom and squeaky clean kitchen it offered the best of both worlds. The backyard is also really lovely!

Lovely place to stay!
Easy to find and just outside Brixham which is where we came to visit. Also easy drive to Paignton. House was lovely and clean. Pictures show it how it is. It is on a one way street so you have to go round to get out rather than just get back on main road but didn’t cause any issues. Couldn’t find any bin liners thought they would have been in the bin ready. Ended up taking rubbish with us as we didnt have much as we were out most of our stay. Overall lovely stay and worked for what we needed

A lovely little cottage on a small, quiet terrace near the Brixham Road - so handily placed to get to other areas. It really is very good value for what you get and a relaxing area (with a field of sheep opposite the main bedroom!) Will book again if I come back to the area- and it is so handy for access to two amazing NT houses.
We stayed here for the 3 night bank holiday weekend, so we could be close to the Brixham pirate weekend Great location Beautiful cottage with things to do all within walking distance. A pub within walking distance and good food The pitch and putt golf course so close ⛳️ The home itself was lovely, 2 double beds both very comfortable A nice big powerful shower Fully functional kitchen And to top it off a sunny sun trap back garden
