A lovely stay in a perfectly laid out and equipped home. Very peaceful. Lovely fire. Comfy beds and loads of space for 4 and a dog (we were just 3 and no dog :-) Eyemouth has good walks, beautiful views, excellent fish and chips! Could walk everywhere and we loved feeding the seals. Visited family in Edinburgh which was just over an hour away.
Perfect home from home in an amazing location, so close to everything but with such peace. Highly recommended.
first visit to the area, thankfull it was all ground floor having suffered a leg injury on the way. very quiet, cosy and relaxing stay for 2 nights, we had a lovely meal out at a local restaurant, everything easy to get to, a lovely place
A lovely, well furnished and equipped place to stay. Lovely welcome gifts for us and the dog, and a basket of logs for the fire. Great location for amenities in Eyemouth. No problems finding parking, very near if not outside house. Thank you we had a fab stay for New Year.
Very clean and host was responsive. Would have preferred if the heating had been turned on, as it is winter, so the property was warm upon arrival.

Excellent place to stay while visiting Eyemouth. Great location. Ground floor, no stairs. Really clean with great facilities including a Nespresso machine & some coffee pods. Great that they accept dogs. Will definitely return.
We had a beautiful stay in Eyemouth! The location of the flat is perfect to get into the town. Some lovely little restaurants and the beach was nice too. We stopped by and got some of the freshly caught seafood to take home in the shop at the harbour, which they helpfully packed in ice for the journey. T&J house is ideal for a cosy little stay next to all you need while in Eyemouth. Would highly recommend!

We had a lovely stay with our dog. The apartment is in a great location - peaceful but within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants and the beach. The photos of Veronica's place are accurate and it was clean and cosy. Good communication.
The home was great with a nice small garden for sitting in the sun, the kitchen was well equipped and the location was very convenient for walking to town and the beach.
We had a lovely stay in Eyemouth. The apartment was exactly as sold and looked on the pictures and had everything we needed. Veronica was quick to respond with any queries. Location wise it was perfectly situated so that the town and beach were a very short walk and you could go straight on a longer walk without a drive. Overall a great experience!
Lovely accommodation, very spacious, had everything we needed. Had a lovely vibe. Other locations on coastline worth a visit. eg. St Abbs/Berwick upon Tweed, Spittal Beach and lovely coastal walks. Local amenities only a few minutes walk away. Great communication throughout, with clear instructions re checking in and out. Would recommend.

This ground floor flat of T and J House is in a great central location. Although it doesn't have views, you are literally a view steps away from outstanding views of the bay and surrounding area! Perfect for a morning coffee or sunset wine! The flat itself is comfortable, clean and very well equipped.
Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Eyemouth. Die Wohnung von Veronica ist sehr ruhig aber trotzdem sehr zentral gelegen. Der Strand und der Hafen sind fußläufig schnell erreichbar sowie auch der Supermarkt und verschiedene Restaurants.

This review is for the cottage in Eyemouth, Scotland. It’s very clean and new and served us very well. It was well thought out and we appreciated the extras and snacks left for us. Perfect base for our short stay to see the seals in the harbour and go rock-pooling with the kids before heading back to Edinburgh. Thanks!

Nice little ground floor apartment in a quiet area of Eyemouth. Close to shops and beach. Clean and nicely decorated. There is a log burner which we didn’t use but I’m sure that in winter it would be really cosy.
Very picturesque village and a fabulous place to stay, so clean and well appointed. Appreciated the little touches, welcome goodies and drinks. Very comfortable and cosy.

The accommodation was spotlessly clean and we were provided with everything we needed including some welcoming treats. Parking was easy and the location is perfect for exploring Eyemouth and the surrounding area. Highly recommended!

We stayed at Veronica's over a weekend in May to finish off a 4-stop Scottish road trip, we absolutely loved the accomodation, the welcome snacks on arrival were a really great touch (for the dog as well as us!). It felt like such a home-from-home, well furnished and really cosy, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for our stay too. The bed was really comfy and you can tell the host wants their guests to enjoy staying at their place. We got parked easily right outside the front door (which is ideal when you're packing for 2 adults, a baby and a dog.) but make sure you've got a well-performing handbrake! The local area had some great places to eat and drink, Giacopuzzi's is a must for their fish and chips and/or ice cream. Good coastal walks that aren't too challenging plus a beach less than 5mins from the accommodation were ideal for the dog. Berwick is worth a visit. Definitely value for money and we'll be staying here again if we're ever in the area for another trip.
The accommodation was lovely, and we felt at home very quickly. The beds were really comfy, and all the furniture looked new, as did the kitchen. We brought our dog along, and he was well catered for with dog treats, blankets and food bowls supplied. It's a great location, being so close to the harbor and beaches. It's also very close to the coastal walks, and we enjoyed the walk to St Abbs. There is a Co-op a short walk away, as well as many takeaways, restaurants and Cafes. Veronica was really helpful and we're really grateful that she allowed us to check out a bit later when our car broke down. I really would recommend staying here, we had such a great time.
Lovely cottage and pretty much right on the front in Eyemouth - would recommend the coastal walk to St Abbs and a visit to the chippy in Eyemouth centre - it was delicious
We enjoyed our short break in Eyemouth. The property was exactly as described/photographed and was very convenient being only a couple of minutes on foot to the main street, supermarket, restaurants & cafes. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the area.

Amazing location with access to Eymouth only minutes away. Accommodation was excellent and we will return.
Unforeseen circumstances prevented my son and daughter-in-law from getting to Veronica’s beautiful cottage, but our host was extremely kind and responded quickly to all messages and requests. We are hoping to rebook with the same host as soon as possible as Veronica has proved to be a very kid and helpful host.
Nice location and stay
Has everything you could need for a place to stay for a few days away from home. TVs in each room, airfryer and coffee machine fantastic additions. Close to Reston & Berwick train stations for a 35/45 minute train journey into Edinburgh. If you enjoy scenic walks, would recommend St Abbs head.
The place was lovely. Everything we needed was there. We were easy walking distance to amenities. Would highly recommend.

Had a really lovely stay. The place was extremely clean, great instructions in the house, Veronica was great with communication, location was amazing a few minutes walk to the harbour. This is our second time staying in Eyemouth and in the next couple of weeks will be booking with Veronica to stay in the same place as we want to come up again with our daughter. One thing that might be nice is some coal or fire lighters for the fire but doesn't take anything away from our stay. This isn't related to the property but for anyone else that stays with Veronica I would highly recommend going to Wendy's cafe for breakfast we went both days amazing food and Wendy was a real character! Thanks for such a great stay Veronica.
