Please note the cleaning fee includes the full house cleaning, linen, towels, a hot-tub clean & refill between each stay.
Please kindly note: In the winter and on cold days the hot tub may not be heated on the first evening they check in as we have to do a full water change between stays and it heats at about 1 degree an hour when the outside temp is around freezing, with the lid on. (Obviously in summer it is is much faster).
Guests may wish to bring extra towels for the hot tub, and remember swimming costumes. Remember to bring pods for the coffee machine. There is a washing machine available, but please bring powder if intending to use.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Stargaze. It was on a beautiful site, it was well stocked and had everything we needed as a family of 5. Instructions were clear and not unnecessarily lengthy (which seems to happen often in other places!) The hot tub was fantastic and covered, which was perfect for the snowy weather! This was a break for us to relax and it was the perfect space for it, with beautiful views which were only enhanced by the snow. Wouldn't hesitate to return.
Lovely stay and the location is very nice and close to nearby towns and villages and amenities.
the house was as described, we really enjoyed spending time in the house and the bonus was the hot tub. the location was beautiful lovely to look out and watch the sunrise in the morning over the golf course. The horse sanctuary in walking distance is also a must. perfect location for a family!
We really enjoyed our stay was great location nice surroundings. Great lodge .However, I did notice that the cleanliness could’ve been better. There were some areas didn’t seem as clean as I’d expected. Overall, it was a nice stay, but with a little more attention to cleaning, it would’ve felt more comfortable.

A beautiful house in a fabulous location. Stayed here with my family for my Mum’s 60th birthday. Was clean, spacious, luxurious and had everything you needed. Located on a golf course, we started the morning with a round of 18 before exploring the beautiful surrounding countryside - 10/10 would recommend! Thank you for providing such a lovely stay.

Had a great stay at this Lodge in Fritton. Great accommodation, especially the open plan living space on the first floor. More than enough space for 6 people to relax without getting in each other's way. . Hot tub was excellent and we enjoyed the golf club house/bar (amazing cavery on a Sunday) and the foot golf course. Lovely weekend.

We had a lovely relaxing 4 day break in the beautiful surroundings of this lodge. You feel like you’re in an American coastal town with the design & layout of the property - lounge &!kitchen upstairs & bedrooms downstairs but that meant you got to enjoy the views of the golf course while having your breakfast! The property is very spacious & has everything you need. We had a few issues with the cleanliness of some areas but Veronica addressed this for us. The setting is very tranquil & you can enjoy a walk or sit on the balcony & watch the golfers go by. We had a lovely meal in the on-site restaurant & enjoyed days out at Great Yarmouth & on the Norfolk Broads. If you’re looking for a relaxing family space or somewhere to go with your girlfriends I’d recommend this lodge.
We visit great Yarmouth every year as a family and this is the first time I can honestly say the accommodation has been absolutely outstanding. Everything you see in the pictures is just as it is when you arrive which is sometimes not the case. Veronica was so informative with her instructions prior to arrival and this really helped give us assurance when arriving at The property. The property itself is situated on a beautiful area very peaceful and quiet. I would highly recommend this property. It came with everything listed in the description. You’ll certainly be planning to come again next year.
Beautiful accommodation in a beautiful, quiet setting. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment, glasses, utensils etc. A great place for me and some friends to take a well deserved rest. Redwings is a few minutes walk away and well worth a visit.

Had a great stay. The kids loved the surroundings (and the hot tub!) and we were a short drive to the beach.

Perfect weekend away. It’s an upside down house and when you walk upstairs to the kitchen and sitting room, it has the wow factor. Lovely views. Hot tub was great and gets the sun nearly all day. The surrounding lodges are also pretty. Barn1 restaurant is less than 5 minute walk away and is cosy and warm and food was good. Altogether, a great weekend and recommend.

The pictures don’t do justice just how beautiful this place is to stay. A beautiful home in the most wonderful, peaceful location. Our stay was absolutely brilliant and I couldn’t recommend it enough.
Veronica’s property was amazing! We were a group of 4 and had the best time! There is more than enough space for all of us, the bedrooms were a great size and the kitchen/living room were very spacious. I could not recommend this place enough for a quiet, relaxing getaway!
The overall stay was lovely; the house was big and spacious, very clean and tidy! The location is quiet and pleasant, surrounded by nature. As for the cons of our stay, there were a few small things. It would be nice if every switch in the house had stickers indicating what it's for. It took us ages to find the outside lights, and when we did, they ended up being broken, making the hot tub experience very unsafe. Suggesting that we use our phones to navigate in the dark in the freezing cold is not good and breaks some health and safety rules. The hot tub experience was very frustrating and disappointing. The house is a little cold, so we needed to bring warm clothes and slippers. So the hot tub and heating in the house is remote controlled by the owner! Some of the kitchen utensils are very worn out and rusty (such as the frying pans). Not enough bowls for cooking. Overall big spacious house, large TV, comfy beds. But don't think we going to be back...

Our stay at Veronica's place was was incredible. We desired to get away from our daily routine so we decided to book a weekend away. Upon scrolling through Airbnb we came across this amazing place and we straight away booked it. The location was great, not away from the city and the beach with amazing surroundings and beautiful wildlife. The house was spacious, cosy and warm. The mornings where so romantic, waking up at the birds singing. We will definitely be going back soon.
