Superb house, I can’t recommend highly enough. Has everything, well located, and a quiet. Restaurants and shops nearby, pubs close enough and walkable. Loved the massive tv and the lovely conservatory to the rear of the house. We would look for this property if we were to rent again in Eastbourne.

Home from home, great communication with the host beautiful house with everything you need and more. close to shopping centre and take aways . Beach just 7 minutes drive . Host left instructions for everything even places to visit. we will definitely be coming back.

Good location for what we needed, enough space for our family of 4. There is a train line behind the house which wasn’t ideal at night with windows open but we got used to it. There were a few issues but Veronica responded quickly.
Pleasant accommodation but a bit noisy due to passing trains
We enjoyed our stay and the location was ideal for spending time on the sea front in Eastbourne and the delightful Hampden Park with our two grandchildren and three dogs. Comfortable accommodation with everything we needed plus comprehensive , helpful information from Veronica, thank you. Local supermarkets were very close by too for our grocery requirements. The enclosed garden was one of our requirements and it didn’t disappoint. Extra large flat screen TV and access to a range of entertainment channels including Netflix was much appreciated. Would certainly consider booking this place again.

Great stay at Veronicas's place for 5 adults. Conservatory was particularly lovely for breakfast and early morning reading.
Great property! We really enjoyed our 9 day stay. Plenty of space for couples and families. We spent a lot of time in the wonderful spacious sun lounge. This was definitely the highlight of the property for us. The provided parking area right next to the house was also a big plus for us.
Wir waren zu viert zu einer Konferenz in Eastbourne. Die Lage in einer ruhigen Wohngegend war perfekt. Die liebevolle Einrichtung und Ausstattung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Morgens mit dem Tee oder Kaffee eine Barfuß Runde auf dem Rasen, hinter dem Haus, war ein wunderschöner Start in den Tag. Einkaufsgelegenheiten sind mit dem Auto leicht zu erreichen und der Strand ist auch nicht zu weit entfernt. Wir haben uns zuhause gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder hierherkommen. Lieben Dank ?

We spent a weekend here. It was a great base to explore the area from. There were all the utensils we needed in the kitchen, with free tea, coffee, some cleaning products, shampoo/conditioner, etc available too which was a thoughtful extra. Veronica was proactive and responded very quickly. We felt well looked after and welcome. The place had a nice homely feel with lots of films, streaming services, a huge TV and gaming options. We booked this as a family of four as we’ve outgrown family hotel rooms & the location was ideal for our stay. The house was tidy & well presented & there was one of the largest TVs we’ve seen! The host had left video games & puzzles for bad weather & the kitchen was stocked with tea & coffee essentials.
Veronica was a great host, house was in the perfect location for us to visit friends and the sights. We did enjoy our stay, loads of towels, clean bedding. Area felt safe and great for parking.

This was a great stay for us - we stayed for 3 nights. The location was out of town in a very quiet area. Ample parking and it was an easy drive into Eastbourne. The house had all the facilities and space we needed as a family of four. It looked exactly like the pictures. Watching TV on that big tv was like having our own private cinema!!!
Me and the lads felt right at home whilst working away. Will definitely book again in the future if we ever work in Eastbourne again.

I have come back for a lovely winter weekend from the cosy house. 3 adults and one large dog and it was perfect. As 3 40+ adults we were looking for a great base to sightsee and go on country side walks and this house was perfect. Veronica was fantastic throughout the booking process, answering my questions quickly. On arrival we gained entry smoothly with the instructions she provided and were able to unpack and settle down to a fish and chip dinner and relax. The house was clean and had everything we needed. An instruction pack is provided for everything from the kitchen appliances to the heating and wifi provided. We really enjoyed our stay thank you Veronica.

Veronica’s place was great, everything was as described, check in was straight forward and flexible. The place is located in a peaceful neighbourhood and isn’t too far from the Seven Sisters if you’re planning a hiking getaway! The kitchen has plenty of utensils and there’s a big Sainsburys not too far away so the place itself is very convenient. Veronica was a great host and is very proactive and I’m sure anyone would enjoy the stay.
