Take all rubbish and recycling to the on site bins before leaving. On leaving in winter please turn the hall thermostat down to 10.

This is a beautiful place to stay, and so close to Westward Ho! Great not to have to take the car into the town. Beautifully clean with everything we needed, gorgeous layout and really bright (even in February!) I'd definitely recommend anyone to stay here. Thank you!

This is a super little house in Westward Ho! with amazing views and only 2 minutes walk to the promenade, beach and main town square. The house is beautifully presented, equipped with everything you may need for your holiday and is a definite home from home. Veronica was very helpful in all our communications.
perfect little location. easy few minutes walk to the beach and amenities. also would be good if you wanted to drive to other North Devon resorts. Immaculately kept property. Clean and spacious. Kitchen had all we needed, and more. Great little welcome pack and everything was simple.
Lovely house - modern, clean and well-equipped with a great sea view. The location is perfect, just a few minutes walk to the beach and coastal path, as well as a good selection of bars and restaurants.
Lovely views, very clean and modern and bigger than I expected 😊 One double bed was actually x2 singles pushed together which my daughter found a little uncomfortable. Parking was a big thing for me as my previous experience in another property had not been the best. The parking here was ok but difficult to get a space right outside the apartment because spaces are not numbered and people seem to park where they like. There are plenty of disabled parking spaces if needed and x2 electric vehicle stations. But overall parking fine. Would definitely stay at this property again if I chose to come back to Westward Ho!
Enjoyed 5 nights here with our 2 young children. It was extremely clean, modern, can't fault it. Enjoyed morning coffee sat on the balcony. Great location, by the beautiful sandy beach, with all amenities within 5 minutes walking distance. Parking available on site with EV charging available.Would definitely recommend and hopefully we will stay again.

We found the Airbnb to be very comfortable. It was a beautiful, well equipped apartment with a balcony and a lovely sea view. Communication was excellent and so was the location near to the beach and amenities. It eas the perfect base for us to have a relaxing break meeting up with our family.

This is one of the best AirBnB’s we’ve stayed it. It’s within a quiet holiday park where they have built these luxury chalets, and they are really stunning. Best in the town I’d say for sure. Feel like almost brand new, clearly very well looked after and beautifully clean. The sea view is stunning, really nice to wake up and watch the tide and the surfers down on the beach. Very short walk to the coast, tidal pool, promenade to the shops and restaurants. Amenities in the house are perfect for what we needed and when we reached out, we got a very quick response from host and a nice easy quick resolution to needing a few bits. Beds and pillows comfy but quite soft. Bathrooms perfect with a bath and shower too. We were 4 adults and 2 kids (6 and 3) and it was perfect for us. We just had to take our own high chair, travel cot and fashion a stair gate out of some items, but otherwise this place is perfect for families. Parking nice and easy, even chargers for EV’s just outside the door.
