This is a spacious and well located flat in the centre of New Brighton. The views over the sea and River Mersey are superb. Just a few minutes walk to bars and shops on the attractive Victoria Street, the seafront and the railway station. Don't be put off by the entrance hall and stairs. Plenty of free parking right outside too. We would definitely stay here again.
Had everything you need: comfortable and well-equipped. Just be aware that there are steep steps up to the property, and then up to the flat, which could prove challenging for the less able.
We had a lovely stay. Great location and accommodation. Will recommend and look forward to coming back another time.
The place is lovely, however we had the keysafe was very stiff and difficult to use. We sometimes found the door downstairs that another occupant uses left open and you would struggle to be able to lock it again. The place really is nice. The decor looks lovely, it just needs a bit of TLC. For example, the caulk/silicone in the bathroom is disgusting and just needs to be fully cut out and redone. Bits and pieces were just a bit old. Obviously the host cannot control what the tenant downstairs does, but the whole place stinks of fags. If there was 4 of you going, I feel like this place is a good deal, despite the things I mentioned

our host was lovely and very responsive, her place was exactly like the pictures, if not better. we enjoyed our stay, felt right at home and had everything we needed for a weekend away. had a lot of fun and would definitely stay with her again 😊
Veronica is a very helpful host. Her place is nice, we stay for 3nights. she has everything you need apart from food and personal hygiene. View from her window is Beautiful during sunset. It’s quite place specially at night. Walkable to seaside, bus stop is only around the corner if commuting. Beds are comfortable.

Beautiful little flat very close to everything in New Brighton. Stayed here with my mum and great to have a bathroom and bedroom each. Very cosy and has everything you could need! Would stay here again.

Wir hatten wirklich eine gute Zeit in der Wohnung, man fühlt sich sehr wohl und wie in einem Zuhause. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und neuwertig eingerichtet, besonders im Vergleich zum umliegenden Standard des Viertels, welches insgesamt ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen ist. Die Umgebung ist dennoch toll mit Nähe zum Strand, Parks und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Was uns persönlich allerdings gestört hat, war dass die Wohnung als rauchfrei inseriert ist, jedoch der Zigarettenrauch des Untermieters extrem nach oben zieht, besonders durch die Lüftungen im Bad. Selbst jetzt zurück zu Hause riecht unsere Kleidung noch danach. Das ist nicht so toll, wenn man mit Kleinkind reist. Die Wohnküche ist wirklich sehr gemütlich, die Couch und die Betten sehr bequem!Für ein paar Tage am Stadtrand zu empfehlen.
The apartment suited our needs for a short stay. The location was good and on street parking was easy. The apartment has a lovely aesthetic and was pleasant to stay in. Veronica was very clear with information and very responsive to any questions, she is an excellent host.

Perfect place for our two night stay. Short taxi ride (£18) to Liverpool centre. New Brighton has some fabulous bars and restaurants.
We enjoyed our stay in Veronica’s lovely apartment. It was comfortable, well equipped and had a lovely sea view from the windows. Checking in/out and communication was very slick. Very easy to get to from New Brighton Merseyrail station. Would definitely study again if in the area. Thank you!

We had a lovely stay at Veronica's place. It was spacious and homely, we were very comfortable. I think our host went above and beyond and the place was really amazing and cosy. The communication was brilliant and response time was excellent. It's very local to new brighton and had on street parking.
What a lovely 2 bedroom flat. It's on the top floor with no lift which we were aware of. Spacious bedrooms, very clean, quality towels and linen. Decorated lovely. I really couldn't find fault with anything - there was everything you could need, home from home. Easy to park in the road outside the flat. 5 minute walk to the Train Station, Promenade and local bars. Some lovely old pubs within walking distance and a good Northern Soul bar. 20 minutes on the train to Liverpool for £5 each return, or about £16/20 in an uber So glad we decided to stay in New Brighton, we will definitely be returning!
The flat was nice, well kept. Neat, tidy, and clean. Two bathrooms were a bonus. It was nice to sit at the table and see the views. We did have a little problem with no heating at the end of our stay. Veronica did try to sort out. We were lucky that it wasn't that cold. We had two children with us and there were a lot of stair. So, it is not Ideal for children. Abi
Absolutely gorgeous place to stay. Had everything we needed, warm, welcoming & easy to get over to Liverpool, walk around the local area. Definitely would stay again. ?

Great location for New Brighton walk about. Near bars and restaurants, Great views of the river and Lighthouse. Comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen. Close to New Brighton station and bus routes to Liverpool etc.
Everything you need, clean and tidy and a great location. So easy to get into the centre of Liverpool with the station only 5 mins walk.A comfortable flat for 4 people and a great view too.
