This spacious five-bedroom house is comfortably spread across three floors, offering a perfect blend of modern amenities and stylish comfort.
Living Areas:
The lounge and kitchen each feature a large TV equipped with an Amazon Firestick, providing access to all standard terrestrial channels, including BBC iPlayer. Guests can also log in to their own Netflix, Disney+, or Prime accounts.
Discover hidden storage solutions in the kitchen, like the secret drawers containing cutlery and utensils, cleverly located at the top of the top drawer on the island bench and the top drawer to the right of the stove.
Kitchen and Dining:
Modern, fully fitted kitchen with sleek style furnishings and a large integrated fridge (please note, there is no freezer).
High chair conveniently stored on the right-hand side of the TV in the kitchen.
A patio garden with a dining area and a gas BBQ is perfect for outdoor meals (a lighter is provided in the drawers under the kitchen island).
Extra folding dining chairs and a broom are stored under the stairs for your convenience.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms:
Bedroom 1 (top floor): King bed, en-suite bathroom with a mirror.
Bedroom 2 (middle floor): Double bed, en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom 3 (middle floor): King bed.
Bedroom 4 (middle floor): Two single beds in a trundle configuration.
Travel cot available in the en-suite bedroom wardrobe on the first floor.
Mirrors are available in the first-floor bathroom and the top-floor en-suite.

3 fully fitted guest bathrooms (each with a WC) plus an additional separate WC.
Parking for up to 3 cars on the driveway, with free street parking available.

Whether you're looking for a relaxing stay or a convenient base for exploring, this property provides a welcoming atmosphere with all the comforts of home.
Guests have access to the entire home during their stay, except for the 5th bedroom, which is locked and not listed, and hence not accessible.
We engage the services of a professional management company to ensure we are always contactable, and your stay is stress free.
Bins are collected on Fridays (Saturday following public holidays). Alternate weeks for general waste (grey bin) and recycling (brown bin). Recyclable waste does not accept glass items. Kindly dispose of all glass waste at a bottle bank.
Look out for the secret drawers containing cutlery and utensils! These are located at the top of the top drawer on the island bench and the top drawer to the right of the stove.

Everything was really easy to navigate thanks to the clear instructions from the start, and the house is super spacious. A couple of small adjustments could make the stay even better - things like providing a few more basic supplies (e.g. bin liners) and giving the linens and harder‑to‑reach spots a quick extra check when cleaning. But overall, we had a nice time.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this Airbnb. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the little touches that made it feel like home. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive — they went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect during my stay. The location was ideal — close to everything I needed, but still quiet and relaxing. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
We loved the place, we were 2 families of 4 each. There was space for everything. Each of us adults had a room with a child. Great location if you want to visit Peppa Pig World. The house was located in a nice, quiet and private area. We got to see the children going for a trick or treat which was great. The house was very clean everything as described. I must say the linen in all the bedrooms had a fantastic smell. Bathroom was shining everything was excellent. Would’ve loved to use the garden but the weather was not as nice in the evening. If we ever think of going back we will for sure book again here. Perfect tips on where to go. 10/10⭐️⭐️

A very comfortable house. You would need a car or taxi for Shops and restaurants but had a very well equipped kitchen if you wanted to eat in. Beds very comfortable.
A good, spacious, family friendly property. Well equipped kitchen. Easy parking, good patio garden with dining table, travel cot and high chair available. Very convenient for Paultons Park, New Forest, Hillier Gardens and a small Co-op a few minutes walk away.

We had a thoroughly wonderful weekend. Veronica provided lots of useful information prior to us arriving. The house itself was as described. Very flexible in terms of sleeping options. It was well equipped with everything you need whilst staying there. For what we were doing, the location was pretty good, too. Overall, we were very happy with our stay.
Overall, the house was an ideal stay for our family gathering, spacious and comfortable. A little disappointed with the overall cleanliness and state of the house which felt unkept and unloved. It had a For Sale sign out front which may have told the story. The garden overgrown with weeds and some maintenance required which Veronica took onboard in our communications. We had a great time, thank you.

Arrivée autonome et instructions précises et faciles. Veronica est une excellente hôte, extrémement réactive et à l'écoute de nos demandes. Maison propre, très bien rangée, reflétant les photos. Beaucoup d'espace, lits très confortables. Très appréciable, La cuisine entièrement équipée avec tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner et 2 fours. A noter, absence de congélateur. Emplacement idéal, tranquilité assurée, calme pas de bruit. Romsey n'est qu'à une petite dizaine de minutes en voiture. Ne pas oublier d'adaptateur pour les prises de courant car il n'y en a aucun (adaptateur pour les voyageurs étrangers). En conclusion, très belle adresse, magnifique maison, hôte particulièrement profesionnelle et agréable, je recommande sans problème.
Fantastic property
A great house for a family get together . Lots of space and immaculately clean. well fitted kitchen including two ovens. Large dining table. Large fridge. Lots of space for everyone. Having two en suite bathrooms plus a family bathroom and a cloakroom in the hall was ideal. White tiles throughout the ground floor were exceptionally clean. It all made for an ideal few days for us all and was close to Peppa Pig World.
Lovely, comfortable house with plenty of space for us all. We loved walking round the local area and being so close to a park for the kids. We’d definitely look to stay again if we’re back in the future!

Veronica has been a great host. Extremely responsive to messages before we even booked. Then allowed us to change our booking by a day, which was really fantastic. The house was lovely and just what we needed for a family weekend. We highlighted one small thing and Veronica got it sorted so quickly! We had a fabulous stay at Veronica's. We had everything we needed and the house was beautifully furnished and perfect for our needs. With 3 kids and 4 adults we needed a bit of space but sofa was huge, open plan kitchen was perfect. No freezer for the ice for our G&Ts waas about the only minor setback ;)
Self check in was easy, instructions were clear. The house was very clean and tidy, reflecting the photos. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to cook breakfast/lunch/dinner. Location was good for what we needed (New Forest, the coast, Peppa Pig world etc) but be mindful it’s a 10 minute drive to Romsey town. There is a Co Op in walking distance for essentials. The street was peaceful in the evenings (we had windows open during night due to hot weather and had no noise issues).
the accommodation was good and Veronica communicated well and was very clear with regards to instructions etc. the place was clean. there was no freezer so that proved a little challenging as we couldn't buy frozen food. Also there weren't mirrors in all bathrooms but wasn't a major issue for us, just a nice to have. overall a lovely place to stay, spacious and clean
