Great location, very quick to get to train station and head into London. Plenty of shops, restaurants close by. Apartment was spacious, had lots of amenities and check in instructions were very clear. We had a very comfortable stay and would be happy to stay there in future.

Great place to stay
Perfect space for a group of 6 of us to stay! The apartment was clean and tidy. Veronica was quick to respond if we had any questions, would happily stay here again.
Very nice property, as described. Something went awry with the communication, as raised a small issue on first night, which was picked up via What’s app. Short exchange then nothing was said for almost 24 hours before we decided to just put up with it. Noisy neighbours too. Also as others have commented, the tactic of trying to manipulate guests to leave a five star review is not on. Five stars does not mean “all is ok”, it means “flawless”.. This was good, but not flawless.
Definitely book if you want to use the trains for travel as is extremely convenient for that. I have to say the beds where incredibly comfortable and I need to know where the mattress and pillows are from, so that I can get them for my home! Spacious and clean, just what we needed for a city break with friends!

Would be a perfect stay if its clean. At the time we arrive almost midnight, my kids found ants on the floor, it turns out there were a lot of ants on the floor.. almost the entire floor, living room, carpet, dining area, kitchen , alley , so I have to vaccum and clean the entire house after a tiring and long flight. Besides that, bedsheet in the bunkbed room dirty have some hairs too ?. So I need to change it and washed it. Actually before I arrive, already ask about spare/extra bed sheet just in case something like this happen. But Veronica said I have to pay extra money if I open new package of bed sheet/pillowsheet. It turns out no package so I have to wash and dry it by my self. Other than that, it was a lovely place, quiet and nice too. A lil bit far from city but if you bring your car its not a big deal. Thank you Veronica for hosting us.
We had an amazing week staying at this home. It was beautiful, clean and homely. Walkable distance to convenience stores, bus stops and train stations. We will definitely visit again.
We needed a quiet place to rest after busy days- this was absolutely perfect! Clean, relaxing, lots of space and lovely bedrooms. We couldn’t fault it!

Beautiful home. You have everything you need and more in the kitchen. Very close to the airport. Will definitely recommend and come back.
This place was very good for us. It was easy to find, felt private and safe, and was an easy walk to the train station. There was a gated yard behind for the kids to play. The house was squeaky clean. We forgot that an European king bed isn’t the same as an American king bed, so travellers from America should remember the bed isn’t smaller than you would expect.
Amazing apartment and cozy neighbourhood. All essential stores are nearby. Veronica always replied fast if there were any questions, she was a great host.

The apartment was lovely- clean, spacious and well appointed. The location was extremely convenient being close to the train stop, restaurants and convenience stores. Check-in was a breeze. Would highly recommending staying here.

It was a great place to stay. It was very clean and Veronica responded really quickly to any questions we had. The arrival instructions were clear and the place felt very welcoming and there was everything we needed for a great stay.
Spacious apartment with everything we needed for a family trip. Lots of amenities provide e.g. a shared garden for some outdoor activities, a good bike for easy commune, a video game console with a nice TV that my kids loved, full set of utensils and cooking condiments that we needed…etc Location is very good just right behind the Ashford train station, and 2 large supermarkets (Lidl and Tesco extra) nearby which make everything easier and more convenient. Highly recommended!
We had a great stay at Veronica’s flat. It’s in a great location close to Windsor, Brooklands and many other good places to visit. The flat was really nice and well presented, and the location was very safe and private.
Wow wow wow we stayed here for a short family break and we absolutely loved the place! Really nice apartment …. Spacious lounge & kitchen area! We really can’t fault this place! A real hidden gem! Loved everything about this place & it was made to feel so homely …. Kitchen was stocked with all utensils, washing machine & dryer …. And all the kitchen appliances were very good quality - Bosch!… loved the board games & reading books too ! Thank you so much will definitely be back when visiting family again in London !
We had a great stay at Veronica’s condo. The residence was clean, well kept and serenely close to the train station without it feeling like the trains were running through the kitchen. There’s good food close. She also provided a host of amenities. I highly recommend this location and this host. Thanks for a wonderful stay!!
