Located on the ground floor this fully refurbished home provides spacious accommodation for up to 3 guests. You'll have a great time at this comfortable home, which is designed to accommodate up to 2 adults (with 1 double bed) and 1 child (up to approximately 10 years old, with 1 smaller-sized child bed).
After a day of exploring, unwind in the comfortable living area with a cosy sofa and TV where you can relax and enjoy your time.
The double bedroom comes with fresh linen and towelling offers a cosy space.
There is an extra small child bed (with 140cm long mattress) that is comfy for an up to 10 years old child.
The ensuite shower room is spacious and getting ready in the mornings will be a breeze, ensuring everyone can start their day refreshed and rejuvenated.
The home also boasts a breakfast bar and fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances and ample counter space, making it a joy to prepare meals.

Great location in the centre of Blackpool with good facilities
Was a little hard to find a photo from the outside would have been great, once in the front door broke the key would not come out of the lock but we got that fixed within about an hour and a half, little sewage smell when entering the property, we found this to be coming from the bathroom as the sink and shower fill up and take a very long time to empty, the child’s bed did not hold my 2 year old very well, the slats from under kept giving way, the internet box also never worked I have messaged owner with all this and I hope it helps to sort the place, we was only short stay so none of this bothered us much as we was out all day/night, the location is perfect walking distance to everything in Blackpool, as you walk into property it is a little run down but also never bothered us much as agen we was only there for few days and it done us, I would stay would be fab for a couple for a short stay just needing to get there heads down at night, owner was very nice and helpful

We had a lovely two night stay for my sons Birthday! 🎈 The apartment was easy to access and had two Carpark’s close by for parking. Inside the apartment had everything we needed for our two night stay and the location couldn’t have been better for getting to all the amusements and shops! Thank you for a lovely stay!

Great place in a fantastic location
Great place - very clean and good location. Literally 5 min walk to promenade. Hard to check in through the key box. Wouldn’t open with the correct code. Shower drain needs sorting as it takes a while for the water to drain. Other than that all good.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral und konnte wunderbar vom Bahnhof zu Fuß erreicht werden. Kommunikation mit Toby war sehr gut. Die Wohnung ist mit notwendigen Sachen soweit gut ausgestattet. Uns hat leider die Waschmaschine gefehlt, da wir mit einem Baby waren.

me and my partner stayed here and loved it. very home from home and close to all amenities. very private and quite lots to do nearby and great place sto eat. Also had facilities to cook, the place was very clean and we had an amazing time. Toby was very easy to contact before our visit and didn't need him during as everything was great. Instructions to check in and things do with water and heating where very clear. We will definitely stay again
