Large doors open out onto a large patio (including a 4-5 person hot tub) and guests can make the most of the well-kept half-acre garden.

The first floor hosts three large bedrooms (each with king size beds and one with a double sofa bed ) two of which have en-suite bathrooms. There is also a kids’ room with bunk beds and a large family bathroom.
The second floor boasts another large bedroom with a king size bed and good views of the Suffolk countryside.

We were pleasantly surprised with this property - it was much bigger than the photos suggested and very nicely decorated. We’d highly recommend and will definitely book to stay again. There was a small issue with the hot water that was rectified extremely quickly so can’t praise the host enough.
The house was clean and well presented and ideal for a large party. We stayed over the Christmas period and were treated to a gorgeous Christmas tree and decorations which made it feel so homely. It’s a well equipped property for serving large parties in the kitchen or hosting in the living room - we had a lovely Christmas thank you! I’ve seen this in other reviews also but we had an issue with the hot water. It seems as though the hot water tank is not at all big enough for the number of guests that can stay at the house. We managed 2 showers before it ran out and had to wait 45+ minutes for it to reheat for another 2 etc which made it difficult for 12 of us in total, also paired with washing up from Christmas dinner!! It would be great to have this issue fixed as it’s the only thing letting the property down.
Great house for a family gathering. Very spacious and comfortable . Generously stocked- we had plenty of loo rolls; tea, coffee etc were provided in abundance. Lots of storage throughout. We had a wonderful weekend.
Here’s the revised version with that phrasing added smoothly: --- We stayed here from Friday to Monday to celebrate my parents’ 40th anniversary, with my family including 8 adults and 5 young children (all 5 or under). The place was perfect for us. It already looked spacious in the photos, but in person it felt even bigger and very homely. The house was spotless when we arrived, and we really appreciated how well-equipped the kitchen was. We cooked several meals together and didn’t find a single thing missing. There were also plenty of towels for all of us, which made everything much easier with a large group. Having so many bathrooms was a huge bonus, especially with the kids. We didn’t get time to use the hot tub, but it was a nice option to have. Parking was very convenient—we had four cars and still had plenty of space. We didn’t experience any issues at all during our stay and could easily have stayed longer. A wonderful property that we’d happily return to!

A fabulous house- spotlessly clean, beautifully presented, equipped with everything we needed and offering generous, hospitable space for all our extended family, gathered together over a long weekend. Veronica and her team were efficient and their kindness was appreciated. Unhesitatingly recommended, far and away, this has been the best experience we've had on Airbnb - and we would all stay here again if possible on another occasion.

Brilliant stay at the farm house. We were three families with children aged 2-12. The garden was large and safe. There was a new country park just behind the house and lovely pubs in walking distance. The house itself was clean, spacious and well-stocked and larger than the photos showed. Veronica was very helpful and responsive to our (many) questions. Great stay. Great house and great location. Thanks Veronica and team!
Brilliant family stay
Stayed here with a family of 4 and grandparents and it was great. Very peaceful cottage with excellent sleeping arrangements. Kitchen was great, would happily stay again.
We went as a group of three families and it's really fantastic house. Spotlessly clean, lots of space, and everything you need to have a relaxing stay in a very quiet location.
It was a great place for our family get together, with plenty of space for the kids inside and out! It had a well stocked kitchen and the kids loved the den in the bedroom cupboard.
Perfect house for a larger group and we felt like we had loads of space, not cramped at all. The photos don't do this place justice. Very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The garden is also a lovely space with tables, chairs and the hot tub. Thank you for a great stay!

We stayed for a long weekend, 3 generations celebrating a special birthday. From the moment we arrived, we felt comfortable and at home. We were very pleased with everything, even down to the little touches like the basket of towels by the back door for the hot tub. Whilst staying we had a couple of questions, that I messaged Veronica about and she came back instantly. The garden centre and cafe next door is a lovely addition to your stay with very friendly and helpful staff. The kitchen was very well equipped for catering for 12 people and adequate garden furniture to enjoy the lovely garden and hot tub, which was a bonus in the sunshine. We will definitely be back at some point

Such a great space. The photos didn’t do the size justice!! We had 5 children with us and the smaller sitting room was an ideal retreat for them all. The garden is a great size and they enjoyed being able to run free. The kitchen is very well equipped and the dining table comfortably sat us all! Thank you for a lovely stay!

We had a family wedding to go to locally. The house provided us with lots of space for grandparents, parents, siblings and small children. The kitchen was great for catering for a house full of people and there was plenty of relaxing space. The doors out onto the garden, given the beautiful weather we had, were perfect. We stayed for 3 nights in the farmhouse over Easter and wished we had stayed longer. There were 8 of us in total ( 4 adults, 4 tweens) and we loved the fact that the house was so spacious and comfortable, especially the beds. The hot tub was well used as was the garden , perfect for my boys to kick around a football. We were delighted to find that the accommodation was so well stocked with more than sufficient toilet rolls, towels ( extras are supplied for the hot tub) and plenty of cutlery, bowls , plates, pots and pans etc and even some extras like the laundry detergent. The second dishwasher was also a bonus . Even though the farmhouse is located near a main road, it’s barely noticeable as it’s so quiet. The adjoining field has a track that leads to a path which is lovely for a short walk. The location of the farmhouse was perfect for easy access to Ipswich but is also a good base to explore the area. It took approximately 45 mts to reach Aldeburgh. We will be back !

We booked the farm house for a family get together 7 adults and 4 children. We were not disappointed - the house is stunning, spacious and a real home away from home. The kitchen is well equipped and 2 dishwashers is a real bonus! The beds are super comfortable - we will book again for sure.
We enjoyed our stay It was roomy and clean Different room to relax in. We stayed with 7 adults and three year old twins . The Kitchen is very big and has everything you need and more. We stayed in November it was lovely and warm. Went to Henley Church on Sunday Beautiful building lovely people. Needham market park is great too . We were next door to a nice garden centre Where we enjoyed buying presents for the person looking after our pets And had delicious tea and cakes Hennie Chilvers and family

We had a great few days at the farmhouse. It was perfect for our family get together. Although we were meeting up for a very sad occasion, staying at the farmhouse helped enormously as the family were able to be together and relax. The accommodation is very spacious and comfortable. I can highly recommend it.
Lovely house
Henley Farm House was just perfect for our 3 generation trip away. The bright kitchen/dining area was used as our social space along with the large garden and hot tub! The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you may possibly need - enough crockery and cutlery for us to load the dishwasher and not worry about needing clean plates constantly! The bedrooms were a great size AND with comfortable beds - bonus! There was plenty of hot water when we all wanted showers. This was the perfect space for eight of us and I do think we will definitely be back! One thing people may find an issue is the adjacent road that was busy at times but it did not detract from us having a perfect time together.

We, five adults and three children, had a very enjoyable three night stay. We found the house spacious, very clean and well equipped, particularly the kitchen. We did find that the Wifi was barely usable at times but this was not a huge problem as mobile data reception was good. Highlights included the hot tub and two dishwashers! Our host, Veronica, was quickly responsive to any queries.
A lovely place, you are tucked out of the way from ipswich main town, but just close enough if you want to go into town etc. we hired it out for a family get together, it was all we expected from what we had read. lovely little touches , some flowers, tea bags/ sugar already there when we arrived and toilet roll in bathrooms etc, cleaning products under the sink ? these things are really handy :) we popped for breakfast at the garden centre next door, very tasty breakfast ? and a nice garden centre to walk round. we suggested some curtains/blinds down stairs , especially in the living rooms, as u you can see part of the garden centre next door, the owner has said she has taken this suggestion on board. the hot tub is great ? cleaned daily, very impressed by that and towls left for you too. only other suggestion would be stronger internet, as with the amount of us staying there , we all struggled to have Internet around the house. very lovely few days stay :)

A group of 9 of us had a great few nights away. Well decorated and very clean. A great space for larger groups and families. Useful downstairs toilet and great communal lounge and kitchen. The hot tub was lovely too. Plenty of extras in the kitchen, such as oil, tea, coffee and herbs. Plus spare dishwasher tablets and loo rolls. Having 2 dishwashers was the highlight of my stay ! ? It was handy having the garden centre and other shops next door, we had a wander around. We also visited Jimmys Farm (20 mins away) nice day out. We had a few issues with a wobbly loo seat (and a few minor problems) but messaged the host about this. They were quick to respond and it didn’t really impact our stay. We will definitely be back. ???
We had a fantastic weekend here. It had everything we needed. One of the best kitchens we’ve ever had at an AirBnB which was perfect for cooking for large groups. The bedrooms were a great size and the beds were very comfortable. We couldn’t fault the cleanliness of the property at all.

Veronica's house was great for a family get together, the sitting room was great and the games room was good so people could be apart for a short while if they wanted. The kitchen, dining area was the star of the show, beautifully equipped and so spacious. People could sit and chat at the island whilst others cooked. 2 dishwashers was a bonus! The bedrooms were spacious with quality bed linen and we slept well. Outside the garden was huge with enough space for toddlers to toddle about. The hot tub was enjoyed by older members of the family., it was checked and maintained by the owners agent every day and was beautifully clean. After we had arrived Veronica sent a message to ensure we were happy with everything and we felt that she was only a message away if needed. It was such a comfortable relaxed stay. Many thanks to Veronica, we will be back!!

Great place
We were staying for a family occasion, it is a lovely big space so we fitted in 7 adults with room to spare. The kitchen is beautiful and the living area roomy and great for sitting and chatting. It is a lovely spot for accessing Ipswich but also being out in the countryside, we know the area well so had no problem finding our favourite pubs etc, but the tourist information was very thorough and the garden centre next door does an excellent breakfast. Veronica was really helpful and everything was clean, well equipped and just what we needed.

Prachtige ruime woning waarin alles aanwezig is voor een goed verblijf. Keuken zeer goed uitgerust en ruim voldoende bestek/servies. Wel aan plafond/lampen wat spinnenwebben. Maar deze zitten erg hoog dus moeilijk schoon te maken. Slaapkamers goed en ruim. Wel gehorig. Badkamers ook voldoende maar wel gespreid douchen in verband met lage druk en koud water. Hottub een leuke bonus. Wel ver uit het centrum en gelegen aan drukke weg zonder stoep waardoor wandelen een uitdaging is. Zeker in het donker. Wandeling naar centrum is ca. 50 min. Pub op loopafstand (15 min) maar wel over de gevaarlijke weg. Bezorging van eten is ons ook niet gelukt bij twee verschillende take-away restaurants. Dus uiteindelijk zelf afgehaald. Communicatie met Veronica was geweldig. Zij reageert snel en vriendelijk. Schoonmaak ook perfect geregeld.

We had a wonderful time at Veronica's place. We were two families hoping for a relaxing weekend in the country and got exactly that! The place was spacious with lots of room for the children to play (we had four children under five with us). We loved having meals together in the large dining space and especially enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub in the evenings.
Incredible house, spacious bedrooms and living spaces, comfy lazy boy type sofas, large smart TV, modern kitchen and bathrooms. The hot tub is the cherry on the cake for this property with beautiful garden and views. Shops, pubs and walks within easy walking distance, quick drive into town, and a lovely garden centre with cafe next door. Will definitely return to this property.

We had such a great weekend here, the house is so much bigger and better than it looks. We had 6 adults and 7 children (including babies) and the house was so set up for us all. The hot tub was great, lovely garden, and lots of space in the house. The host was very friendly and gave clear instructions. It was clean and had everything we needed for our weekend.
