The apartment is suitable for all visitors as it can be accessed by lift, and all pubs, cafes, restaurants, boutique shops, and supermarkets are on your doorstep. There is a wealth of things to see and do within easy walking distance of the apartment.
A well-presented 1 bedroom apartment with a large bay window providing lots of natural light which overlooks the beach. The apartment has an open plan living room with a large and comfortable sofa, TV, DVD player and free fast WIFI. There are also a selection of DVD’s, Books and games to enjoy.
The modern kitchen is fitted with an oven, hob, a fridge with a freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and kettle, and is equipped with everything needed for cooking and dining. There is a separate utility room on the ground floor, with washing machine and tumble dryer (shared with other apartments). Tea towels, oven gloves, dish cloths, kitchen roll, liquid hand soap and washing up liquid etc are all provided in the apartment.
The spacious bedroom has a king size bed and a very comfortable pocket sprung mattress which can be split into 2 singles if required. There is a tall chest of drawers and a large built-in wardrobe with plenty of hanging space for clothes and storage for bags etc. An iron and ironing board is also provided.
The bathroom has a large shower cubicle with a powerful shower. There is a tall, heated towel rail, and bathroom storage. A hair dryer is also provided.
Guest have full access to the entire flat during their stay

The parking situation:
There is metered long stay parking available in the Main Beach Car Park on Victoria Avenue (BH19 1PW) which is a 5 minute walk to the flat.
There are loading bays directly outside the apartment where you can park to drop off bags if you don’t want to carry them from the long stay car park.
Metered short stay parking is available on Station Road about 15 yards from the flat entrance which is free overnight between the hours of 6pm and 8am. Parking can be paid for and extended via the Just Park App which means if you do wish to park here overnight you do not need to rush down to move your car before 8am. You can also use the Just Park app to extend your parking time when required to avoid repeated trips back to the car park.

A great place in a great location!
A well situated apartment with a wonderful view of the sea. Well proportioned with a lovely lounge and functional kitchen. Despite being on the third floor it was a real bonus to have a lift after a day of walking. I definitely recommend the apartment, we really enjoyed our few days around Swanage.
Great place to stay! It’s really close to all the amenities and services you need and there is a fantastic view from both the living room and bedroom. Would recommend it.

This was our 2nd stay at Veronicas place The flat was spotless and cozy there were clear instructions on how to use everything and the place was equipped with enough to make our stay comfortable and feel like home I think a few little touches such as a couple of throws for a chilly evening and maybe leaving a pint of milk would be nice as there were teabags and coffee if we needed them but i remembered this from last time and brought our own , a spare toilet roll would be handy as well All in all the flat is beautiful clean cozy and in a great area perfect for a long vweekend Thankyou Veronica im sure we will come again
Me and my husband had a fantastic few days staying in this Airbnb. We loved the central location and being able to walk everywhere. Yes it’s on a road so there is some noise from traffic and passing people if you have the windows open but the views completely make up for that. It was so fabulous looking out of the window at the local beach - so great to see the sea so close. The lift was a godsend as the property is on the 3rd floor and that meant the property looked straight over the roof of the restaurant opposite to the sea. The flat was spotless and well equipped. It was cosy and we didn’t need to have any of the heaters on despite it being the end of October. The huge bed was very comfy. We would definitely love to come back again.
We had a lovely weekend stay in Veronica’s apartment. It’s really central and the views are spectacular. The apartment was clean, spacious and really nice. Can’t recommend highly enough. If you’re looking for accommodation in Swanage look no further. The beach is right there, lots of restaurants, pubs and independent shops on the doorstep, the steam railway to Corfe Castle is less than 5 minutes walk away. You do need to work out parking but the host’s instructions are perfect! We will definitely return to this lovely apartment when we are next in the area. Thanks for a lovely weekend stay! X
We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was very clean, a great size and situated in the town which was a fantastic location with a beautiful sea view. Would recommend.
Veronica was very helpful host, answering questions before I booked. Accommodation was 100% perfect, well equipped and very comfortable. Great location, a few minutes (mostly level) walk to beach, shops, restaurants, bus and train statio, play park. We parked car on arrival and didn't use it until we went home (on street loading and unloading parking right outside flat). As per our request double bed was set up as 2 twin beds. Ice cream shop "Forties" across the road open until 9.30pm. Swanage is a traditional seaside resort something for everyone.
My 4th stay now and coming back in October . Such a beautiful apartment and the view is amazing . Have been coming down to swanage for 50 years now and this place was fantastic to find . Listening to the sea at night was so tranquil. I honestly wouldn’t stop anywhere else . And the bed is HUGE !!
Apartment is absolutely beautiful! Clean when we got in. The view is stunning, listening to the waves and the seagulls in the morning is something I can get used to. Stone throw to the beach and shops which is extremely handy. Travel cot fits nicely next to either side of the bed as we have a 14 month old. Unfortunately there was an issue checking in, but Veronica was quick to get this sorted. We will 100% be staying here again! Perfect family holiday destination. Thank you Veronica x

Enviable location, in the Main Street and just a stones throw from the beach. Great for an early morning swim. Fantastic views from the apartment. It was exactly as the photos suggested and squeaky clean throughout. Check in was easy. I would highly recommend Veronica’s Apartment.
Fabulous week spent in Swanage at Veronicas beach house apartment supurbelocation and wonderful sea view everything was as described and more Veronica is a wonderful host very informative as such everything ran very smoothly.
Veronica's place was lovely, a great location and great views we spent a lot of time looking out of the window the place was clean and neat the bed so comfortable and everything we needed for a few days away we liked it so much we have booked again for later in the year

Right in the centre of Swanage so very easy access to shops , restaurants, the theatre and the beach . Everything only steps away . Lovely clean well kept lift so easy access to third floor . Great sea views from each room ! Was difficult for me to def cater as microwave becomes very overheated within a couple of minutes and then cuts out . This was awkward . The exterior gets so hot . Otherwise a really good stay !
We had a great Easter break at Veronica's flat. The apartment was well equipped, a good shower and comfy bed. It's right in the centre of things but being on the 3rd floor was quieter than we were expecting. Parking wasn't too much of an issue, we bought an extended stay for the main car park and so never had to worry about expiry times etc.
This is my 3rd stay now and as ever absolutely beautiful . The view alone is worth every penny . Love this apartment and wouldn’t stay anywhere else now . I’ve even booked for August too . Apartment is very clean , the biggest double bed and has everything that you’ll need . Can’t wait to stay again soon .

Lovely flat in immaculate condition and stunning views of the bay. Veronica was a great host and everything was super smooth checking in.
We had a great weekend, the flat was perfect. Positioned right near the beach, theatre, restaurants, shops and station, all walkable. Car park is about 10 minutes walk from the flat and as we were out of season, was just £2 to park all day. The flat was just as described and pictured, lovely large bed and comfy living room. Swanage is lovely. We will definitely be booking again. Thank you Veronica.

Wow, what a hidden Gem. Booked for my parents 55th Anniversary & Veronica’s place didn’t disappoint. Excellent location, although in the centre of Swanage & amongst other flats, the flat was very private, clean, safe, easy to get to, ideal location with great views & very quiet. The bed was extremely comfortable, very clean all round & ideal with the lift as an added bonus. We will definitely return & recommend to others. Veronica is a Great host and very responsive to any questions/queries we had. Thankyou, my Parents stay was a very memorable one especially with a view of the Sea

Second time of using this fantastic apartment. And will be back next year . To me the view is priceless. Very clean and had everything you need . If I’m going to be picky the bedroom could do with a mirror ! But apart from that I can’t fault it at all . Really comfy bed , lovely shower and kitchen has everything you’d need . 10/10 from me xx
Had great stay accommodation was excellent and location great and central to buys town with lots of places to eat and can’t get any closer to the beach I listened to the sea when going to sleep.
The flat is on to top floor over looking Swanage Bay- beautiful views from the living room and bedroom. It was nice and clean and the bed sheets smelled lovely and fresh. Good location for the beach and accessing surrounding areas. One thing worth noting when staying here is that you have to pay for parking/ move your car to park for free in the evening which was an added cost and hassle but not a reflection of the airbnb which was really lovely.
A beautiful little flat with sea views. Very clean and well fitted out and in a fantastic location for shops, other amenities such as eating out and the beach. Well equipped and furnished. Lovely to have a non slip mat in the shower, everything you could need. Bed was so comfy. Veronica was friendly and communicated effectively with clear instructions and responded very promptly to any queries. Definitely would book again next year. The lift was a real boon to myself and my husband who both have disabilities. We had a lovely stay, the only thing we would have liked to have stayed a little longer to enjoy the area more fully as we were attending an event so had less time than we would have liked. Cosy, comfortable and surprisingly quiet given the central location. Couldn't fault anything at all. Brilliant host.

The flat is ideal for a stay in Swanage. Ideal location with easy access to beach, shops, cafes and pubs. Walks across Isle of Purbeck from the front door. Parking was easy, lots of spaces to choose from within 5 mins walk. Unloading and loading adjacent to the flat. Homely apartment looking out to sea views in both the living room and the bedroom - special! Great shower pressure, super clean and comfy sofa / window seat with binoculars to bird watch. Also on the doorstep to lots of great places, can walk everywhere and right by The Salt Pig for dinner and Burnt Toast for breakfast which is a must!
