Veronica is easy to communicate with, very responsive, check-in is easy. She arranged an early check-in as I arrived early in the morning and that helped a lot. The apartment has everything one needs for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent, in the very center of the city. Underground station within 5 min walking distance. Numerous cafes, grocery stores, restaurants and various shops around. I recommend this apartment and would come back.
La ubicacion del departamento es optima, cerca de todo, a pasos del tube. Una placer. Departamento muy bonito tal cual como se muestra en la fotos. Mi unico comentario es que son 3 pisos por escaleras, no es ideal para niños pero sacando eso todo bien.
Highly recommend this flat in Mayfair! Perfect location and Veronica is a great host. Extremely conveniently located to multiple tube stations on foot and overall a great place to stay!

The view of the beautiful Mayfair buildings and rooftops from high above the street was worth all the steps taken to enjoy this delightful perch. And the location is impossible to beat.
The property is in Mayfair (an upscale district) , close to Soho (entertainment district), Piccadilly Circus & Chinatown. Restaurants, pubs, stores & Underground are within minutes of walk. As stated, there is no elevator in the building and we had to walk up 3 flats with our luggage. Make sure you are 💪 &🦿. The carpet is a bit old with stains. The shower drainage was slow. And we heard noise above the ceiling of our bedroom. We guess it was a rodent and it was active at night. We contacted the host regarding the shower drainage & noise in the ceiling, but didn't get resolved. Wrong keybox code was given.
Unbeatable location! Overall, we had a good stay and really enjoyed the great location. The apartment was clean, and the AC worked very well. Towels and sheets were fresh and nicely prepared. A few things to note for improvement: There is black mould on the walls of the second bathroom. The shower and sink drains in that bathroom don’t work well and easily flood when water pressure is high. The rain shower head (left handle) is jammed and doesn’t turn. No shelves in the second bathroom to place toiletries, which made things a bit tricky. No body wash or basic supplies provided — just leftovers from previous guests. The upstairs room window is slanted, but the blind hangs straight down, leaving a large gap. It doesn’t block light or give full privacy and might need a better design. Also given the wrong code to check in so spent about 15 mins to try out other combinations These didn’t ruin our stay, but fixing them would make the place even better. Thanks again for hosting us!

Veronica is a fantastic hostess! Her communication is clear and response time is very fast. This condo was perfectly located on the Mayfair/Soho border for exploring both areas and getting to other London hotspots easily. Really...the location sold us on this place. The condo is very comfortable and everything is as described. The washer/dryer was extremely useful and worked perfectly. The third bedroom is a pullout sofa bed that is not nearly as comfortable as the other two beds. Just be aware of that. We did have an adult sleeping on it though--I think a child would do fine on it. The bathroom off the primary bedroom is large and roomy, and the other one with the shower is roomy enough. The shower could use a deeper clean but the place was clean overall. We really enjoyed out stay there and would recommend it.
This flat is in the perfect location to walk to shops and transportation! Flat was clean and cozy. We truly enjoyed our stay and were sad to leave. Veronica was very attentive while we were there. She checked in on us to see if we needed anything or had questions. Highly recommend if you are visiting London.
The place was in a great location and clean. The stairs going up are pretty dangerous but I did someone working on them while we were there.
Logement conforme à nos attentes. Seuls les escaliers qui y mènent font exception, c’est non entretenu, voire dangereux (morceaux de ciment détachés des marches, moquette décollée ; mais quelqu’un y faisait des travaux quand nous sommes partis, peut-être est-ce en voie de réfection). Dommage aussi qu’il n’y ait pas de gel douche/shampoing dans les salles d’eau. Rien à dire à part ça.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sensationell. Super zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Unmittelbarer Nähe sind tolle Restaurants. Direkt gegenüber ein indisches. Gleich um die Ecke befindet sich die Bond Street mit beeindruckendenBoutiquen. Wir waren mit unseren drei Kindern untergebracht. Die Unterkunft eignet sich sehr gut für fünf Personen. Die Küche ist großartig, und aus dem Fenstern hat man sogar einen tollen Blick, weil die Wohnung in den beiden oberen Etagen liegt. Eine gut ausgestattete Küche rundet das positive Bild ab. In London kann man unseres Erachtens kaum besser wohnen.

Nous avons passé un court séjour dans le logement de Veronica. L’appartement est superbe encore mieux que sur les photos ! C’est très spacieux. Les 3 chambres sont très bien aménagées et les 2 SDB sont spacieuses. On a l’impression d’être dans une maison individuelle avec une très belle architecture londonienne. Le logement est très bien situé et permets de faire de nombreuses activités à pieds ! Je recommande à 1000%.
L’appartement correspond complètement aux photos. Très agréable et au calme malgré que l’on soit proche des rues commerçantes. Quelques soucis signalés au niveau des toilettes (problème de chasse d’eau) mais je suis certaine que le nécessaire sera fait car on voit très bien que le logement est bien entretenu. Les chambres et les salles de bains sont correctes et le sol chauffant dans la salle de bain est un vrai plus! Bravo et merci de nous avoir accueilli dans ce logement. L’emplacement est idéal c’est exactement ce que je recherchais sur Londres être au calme et à côté de tout. Merci Veronica

Great location and a nice clean space with private areas
This was a great place to stay on our family trip to London! In the middle of SoHo with several shops and restaurants nearby. Comfortable place to stay, and Veronica was very easy to communicate with!
Veronica’s flat is a perfect option for exploring London. The check-in instructions were clear and the flat was just as described when we arrived. The location is perfect for exploring the city and we’ll keep this place in mind when visiting London. Lots to do and very walkable.

We recently stayed at this lovely flat and really enjoyed our time! The location was fantastic, making it easy to explore the area. The space was comfortable and well-equipped, which added to our experience. The only downside was that the flat is on the third floor with no lift. We had to carry our luggage up three flights of stairs, which was a bit challenging. If you're okay with that, it's a great spot to stay! Overall, I would recommend this place for its wonderful location and cozy atmosphere. Just be prepared for a bit of a workout with your bags!

Great apartment in an amazing location! Super close to all the major shopping streets and loads of restaurants! The booking progress was very easy and flexible when we later on added an extra guest to the trip. I only have positive things to say about this place :)
Unbeatable location, close to everything that is amazing about London. Place was good, but you can probably get better value for money elsewhere.
We loved our stay here! Very spacious for our family of 6. It has all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect and close to all the high end shops. We walked to the London Eye, Big Ben, Hyde Park, and Buckingham Palace easily. This flat is perfect and highly recommended!!

Apartamento muy bonito, camas cómodas, ducha estupenda, muy limpio y ordenado, buena comunicación con la anfitriona. Localización estupenda para ir andando a muchísimos sitios en 5 minutos estás en Regent St. y Picadilly Circus, en otra dirección en 12 minutos en el Museo Británico.. con paradas de autobús y metro muy cerca y también pequeños supermercados para comprar cosas de desayuno. La calle es tranquila y segura. El apartamento no es barato, pero creo que merece la pena y sin duda volvería a alojarme allí. Está en un tercer piso sin ascensor pero para nosotros no fue problema.
El apartamento de Verona fue fantástico, lo mejor fue su ubicación, justo en el centro de Londres con todo cerca para poder ir caminando, y si se quiere ir en metro hay una parada muy cerca. Es tal cual se explica en la descripción y cómo se puede ver en las fotos, tiene dos camas dobles y un sofá cama, por lo que pueden estar 6 personas cómodamente. Veronica contesta muy rápido y la comunicación ha sido muy buena en todo momento. El único problema que tuvimos fue con la calefacción, ya que en ese momento no funcionaba, por suerte no hacía excesivamente frío en el apartamento y estuvimos bien.
Excelente zona, al lado de regent Street, muy cerca de carnaby street, soho, barrio chino, picadilly circus… muy cerca de restaurantes y cafeterías para desayunar. El Apartamento coincide con la descripción, muy limpio y ordenado, con todo lo necesario para la estadía: bolsas de basura, papel higiénico, papel de cocina, jabón para lavar ropa, secador de pelo… Sería ideal si se mejora el colchón del sofá cama. Recomendado.

Location was fantastic. The flat was wide in comparison with other flats in london. The flat was clean but not tidy enough. Veronica was responsive and very nice. I recommend it for a group of 5 and not more than this.
We loved our stay in Veronica’s apartment. Couldn’t have asked for a better location, right in between New Bond st and Regent st. Went to SoHo for dinner each night only 10 min walks. Super easy from Heathrow with Elisabeth line stopping 3-5min walk from apartment at Bond st station. Beds and bathrooms were good, very quiet apartment on top floor. Yes a lot of stairs but manageable. The apartment could use a new coat of paint but it felt clean and had all amnesties we needed. Would come back!

Veronica is super helpful and responsive! The location of the apartment is excellent, right in the heart of Mayfair and walkable to tube stations. The apartment is very functional for a family of 5. The only feedback is that the apartment interiors and furnishings are a bit tired…. Otherwise all good!

Veronica and Bence were very nice and friendly. They were always helpful and responded quickly. The location of the house was beyond perfect. The house was also nice, but it could have been a little better in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. There are a lot of stairs, but since we climbed them once or twice a day, it wasn't a problem. All in all, it was a good stay.
