This home is large with plenty of entertainment space and comes with a gym, garden and plenty of onsite parking. You can bring your pet too!
On the ground Floor you find the home`s centrepiece; a stunning living room withSmart TV , complete with large bespoke sofas, smart TV and vibrant furnishings and 6/8 seater dining room.
To enjoy a home cooked meal, there is a fabulous kitchen with all modern appliances, a separate utility room with washer dryer and back doors leading out to the landscaped rear garden, an idyllic spot for relaxation
Additionally there is a downstairs office with sofa bed for extra guests and 2 desks adjacent to the shower room/WC and small gym.
There are a total of four comfortable bedrooms (2 Super King, 1 King and 2 Single beds) upstairs with very comfortable beds, clothes storage and fresh linen and towelling
Master super king bedroom is massive with a walk in wardrobe and ensuite bathrooms

Leading from the hallway is 2 bathroom suites one with a bathtub and the other with a shower.

Guests have access to the entire home during their stay.
What a great property! Easy to find, check-in was smooth, really lovely big property with everything you could want for your stay. A few minutes walk from the centre of the village with shop and pubs ( we had an amazing meal in the three jolly butchers pub) Property has lots of parking and a great private garden. Quiet neighbourhood and overlooking fields. We had a group of 8 and there was ample living and sleeping space. Cambridge centre is about 25 mins by car, St Ives is worth a visit as is the garden centre you can see from the property across the field. Worth taking a torch if you venture out after dark.
The house was lovely and suited our needs perfectly. It was very spacious and comfortable, and the host made the check-in process very simple and straightforward. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

What a beautiful home with so much space, spotlessly clean with all the facilities you could want. We stayed for two nights as the house was between the south and the midlands, and a perfect place for 6 friends to meet. Such a sociable kitchen, dining and lounge, comfy beds and 3 plush bathrooms. We drove to the park and ride to visit Cambridge which was so easy, only 30 minutes away. Also we visited the quant St Ives and did some shopping in Huntington, both just 5 minutes drive away. Unfortunately we didn’t get time to check out the village or local pub so hopefully we will be back. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

This beautiful, extremely spacious home was a perfect venue for a special birthday celebration with 3 generations of our family. It suited the young and more mature. Well stocked kitchen equipment, very clean and the many rooms were so comfortable we didn't want to leave. Quick replies to my messages too. Thanks Tobias.
We had a great time. Plenty of space and areas to relax. It was beautifully clean and provided many amenities such as dishwasher tablets, bin bags, washing facilities, that are often not provided.
We had a fantastic stay here. As a family of 7 we found the house extremely spacious and homely, we all said it was gorgeous, in a great location and we would come back in a heartbeat. Thank you Tobias!

We used the property to go to a family wedding in the area and it met our expectations and more. It was in a excellent location and the property was superb both inside and outside. Great 5 days spent in this property and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay.
We have loved our time here! We stayed for a weekend for our brother’s wedding and the whole place was huge, even bigger than the photos show I felt. It was clean and bright and just a lovely stay, would definitely stay again if we were in the area again!
The house is very comfortable for a large family. Beds are excellent and bathrooms modern. Kitchen is easy to work in and open plan to dining area, ideal for family living. Lounge space is amazing. Garden is large and flat, perfect for children.

We used the property for our family to stay together whilst attending a wedding nearby . The large bedrooms and living space made it really comfortable for our group of 7 adults and 2 children. We had good weather so could enjoy the garden aswell as the nearby walks , village and river . The kitchen area was fantastic for family meals and socialising together . Tobias communicates easily and was helpful when we had a small issue with a parcel delivery . We would recommend and use the property again
This is a very spacious house in a good location within walking distance of the villages of Wyton/Houghton with an excellent community shop and two pubs. Also lovely river walks by the mill. Tobias was very responsive and attended quickly to some small issues. We felt instruction manuals for the various appliances or an information folder would have been useful. The garden is lovely and sunny - some cushions for the garden chairs and a sun umbrella would have added to our enjoyment of it.

Excellent house which was great for a bigger group. Loads of space, very clean and comfortable and a peaceful outlook overlooking the field. It could do with a couple more dining chairs as there were only 6 and there were 8 of us, but other than that we couldn’t fault it.

Our stay last week matched our needs perfectly for the purpose of our visit, the house was located close to St Ives & Huntingdon, a very peaceful location and a great space for the 5 adults that were staying, with plenty of space and well appointed. The description of the property matched and fully met our expectations. Toby was also very communicative and certainly made us feel like he was on hand should we have any issues. I am sure in warmer months the place would be even better with is nice outdoor space, we would definitely recommend a stay here, Thanks Toby

This air BnB was beautiful, very equipped for large groups, we were a group of 8 and we all felt very comfortable there! The gym was useful for a few of our guests. the members of our group who cook found all the need in the kitchen! The bedrooms were so very comfortable and beautiful. it was very quiet and peaceful. The living room was very spacious perfect for games or a film for a large group. Our host, was quick with replies and answered all our questions as our booking approached we had all the information we needed to have the best stay! we would definitely use this air BnB again!
We had a great family gathering at the house. We walked into the village and dropped into the local pub. The house was well equipped and great for a family celebration.
This is our second time back at Toby's property and it's still the same fantastic location it was before for a family gathering. Perfect space for entertaining with generous dining room table for a family dinner, tonnes of space for board games in the lounge and the breakfast bar makes a perfect grazing station! Great parking for multiple vehicles and the whole place is just as spacious as we remembered it. Lots of lovely walks nearby. Would 1000% recommend this place to other large families who are looking for a central location for a get together.
Great for a large family weekend celebration
Large, clean, spacious, well appointed home in peaceful surroundings and very easy to find. Three cars required parking and there was ample space for this on the drive. All of the beds were very comfortable. It would've been a very doable journey into Cambridge which we were planning on the Saturday, however due to the terrible stormy weather we did not manage to do this. Thank you for our stay
The house is very comfortable and spacious, a great place to have a family get together, with space for all our 3 cars, which is sometimes difficult to find. A good place to explore to Huntingdon , not too far to drive, and also there’s a park and ride for Cambridge , 30mins away. We all enjoyed the weekend. Toby was a great host who responded to questions quickly
We had a great stay - the house is incredibly spacious, well equipped and clean. It was the perfect location for a weekend with friends who now live across the country. Check-in was simple and communication with the host was clear and prompt.
We stayed as a family group for an 80th birthday. The house was really spacious, warm and inviting. Lovely garden and plenty of parking. Short walk to picturesque village of Wyton. Would love to come again in the summer.
It was the perfect accommodation for our group get together, in a location which was out of the way but not too far from anything, and the house was very well kept.

We stayed at Toby’s place when meeting up with a group of friends for the weekend. It was perfect for 10 of us, with plenty of room to relax and entertain. The house is well equipped with everything you need, and the location is brilliant - just a short walk from local pubs, shops and a National Trust site. We really enjoyed exploring the area and found Toby’s place a perfect fit for our weekend away. We’d certainly stay here again!
A fabulous house! There was 8 of us ladies and we all felt so comfortable and at home. The house is large and spacious, extremely clean and has everything you need. Even better than the photos with a great sociable kitchen and lounge, 3 great bathrooms. We went punting in Cambridge and had a lovely Sunday roast in the Three Jolly Butchers, Wyton. Toby and team were very responsive, check in and out was easy. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

This is a perfect place for friends or family meeting. Lots of space and wonderful country surroundings. Two pubs in walking distance.
We had a lovely family weekend. The house is spacious and had everything we needed. It was great to have the garden to relax in. The area is very quiet and yet close to supermarkets if you needed anything. The host was really quick to respond with a question we had. We found the beds super comfy. There is a large driveway too.
It is impossible not to give this place a 5 star rating, however there were issues with the hot water running out frequently. That being said, Toby and his cleaning staff were absolutely amazing in fixing the problem, even on a holiday weekend. The issue was simply down to the Nest thermostat timers being set incorrectly. Overall, we had a fantastic stay, the place was spacious and extremely well equipped. There was plenty of parking spaces, and was in a very peaceful neighbourhood. We can thoroughly recommend staying at this location.
This is a beautiful home and was perfect for a gathering of family for a birthday celebration. What stood out the most for us was the spaciousness of the property, particularly the front room lounge and kitchen and a lovely large garden too. Also - loved that there were multiple bathrooms which is often overlooked with properties that host larger groups. The gym room was an extra special treat too! Loved this property and already looking at dates for our next family gathering! Would recommend to any large families who are looking for space to be together without feeling cramped or on top of each other! :)
A lovely clean and spacious property with everything you require for the perfect stay in a nice quiet location. Very dog friendly with towels provided for the dog, and a large secure garden for them to roam in. The garden has outside seating and is not overlooked giving complete privacy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and I would highly recommend this property if you are thinking of booking a stay in the Cambridge area, as Toby is a great approachable host.

We had a great stay. House was amazing, even bigger than we expected. There was even a really well equipped gym which was unexpected. The kids loved the spacious garden. We drove to the park and ride and got the bus into Cambridge for the day which was really easy to do. Thanks again Toby for a great stay. 5 stars

We had a lovely stay at Toby's property, the rooms were beautiful with pristine linen and towels, bathrooms were clean and tidy and the garden space was an added bonus as we weren't aware there is such a large garden space at the rear as well. We didn't use the home gym but that seemed very well appointed. Kitchen set up was great with all the table places set before we arrived. Overall a beautiful property in a beautiful location...a trip to the nearby Houghton Mill is definitely a must-do with lovely walks nearby in pretty villages.

Such an amazing property in a lovely setting. Very convenient for St Ives and close to major routes for visits further afield. So much space inside and outside and extremely comfortable. Super comfortable beds and seating areas and a very well kitted out kitchen. Toby is a great host, with exceptional communication and nothing is too much trouble. We will be back!
Burnham House is an absolutely beautiful place to stay and we felt right at home! The house is clean and exactly like the photos as well as being walking distance to Houghton Mill which is stunning. Toby is a very responsive and helpful host and we would 100% recommend!

We had a lovely weekend stay at Toby’s house. Our party were a group of friends meeting up from various parts of the UK and the location of the house was great. It’s a very spacious and clean house with lovely communal areas and a large enclosed garden. Check in and check out were easy, and Toby was responsive to any messages I sent. I would definitely recommend this house.
The house is a really spacious and with an excellent layout for a large family. It was left spotlessly clean for our arrival. Kitchen is well equipped with a good range of ovens and range cooker. Beds are really comfortable with good quality bedding. Garden is excellent for children and adults alike. The two small issues were quickly picked up by Toby. We highly recommend this property.
We had a fab stay. The large kitchen diner area was perfect as we had a few friends over in addition to those staying - this had been cleared with the host as it was a special occasion - we barely used the other rooms. We had a bit of trouble with heating and water but overcame them mostly, but it was particularly cold outside during our stay. No fault of the host. Possibly the house was geared up for warmer weather? But we plan to come again. It's location and parking was perfect for our needs and Toby was very accomadating when we had to change a few details of our stay. Thank you.

We had a lovely stay. The property is in a peaceful location and is stylish, comfortable, and very spacious with lots of sitting areas and natural light. The bedrooms are a generous size, tastefully decorated with comfortable beds. There was fresh linen and towels throughout. The decor is modern and completed to a high specification. There is a garden centre, pub, marina, small zoo, and National Trust property near by. This is an excellent property for a larger sized group or for those travelers who enjoy space and comfort.
