Our fully renovated cottage is across 2 floors and perfectly decorated, with lots of natural light.
The living room is spacious with a custom grey sofas, bright accessories and smart TV.
There is an open-plan 6-seater dining area together with a fully equipped kitchen with hi-quality cookware and all the appliances and utensils. A sociable and lovely space with everything you could need should you wish to dine at home.
All the three bedrooms are furnished to a very high standard with quality mattresses, linens and towels and nice contemporary touches that give off a light and airy feel. You can wake up refreshed and calm after a good night's sleep in this tranquil space.
There is a family bathroom with a tub/overhead shower and WC in which to unwind after a busy day.
To make sure you can stay connected is High speed 155 Mbps Wi-Fi is available throughout the house

Guests have full access to the entire home during their stay
We all really enjoyed Toby’s place. He is really proactive and response very quickly. The house has a lovely family history and really cozy and welcoming. I really recommend his place. Thanks Toby :)
Tobias' place was perfect for our stay as guests at a wedding in Carwinion house, which is only an 8 minute walk away. It is clean and very spacious, and close to the local pub and bus stop.
Had a lovely couple of nights at the accommodation with our young family. The house was very spacious and well equipped. Within driving distance to lots of surrounding activities and was nice to come back to privacy and quiet. We gave 4 out of 5 stars because we found the garden wasn’t as up kept as the pictures suggested and we did find the property a little dusty (My son and I have sensitive asthma so we have to be vigilant), however would stay again!
I stayed here two nights with my family to attend my daughter’s graduation ceremony. It’s really a good location. Also the house is really large enough and very comfortable for my family. Specially a big thanks for the great help of the host to me. The host is really helpful and fast response. I definitely recommend this place to someone who want to stay in Falmouth or Penryn.
Beautiful house, within a tranquil location of Falmouth. Property is bigger than the photos show. Very comfortable stay. Enjoyed how close it was to the beach, pub and local cafe, Would definitely stay again.
Lovely Cornish stay. Spacious, clean, airy feel. A little bit of damp smell - but that’s so typical of Cornwall, and it didn’t bother us. Lovely little village. Just minutes to drive to some very nice beach cove. Plenty of great walking nearby.

Had a wonderful stay, enjoyed it so much that we extended our stay by an additional night which allowed us to explore the area some more! Lovely house, large rooms and very clean. Excellent location for Falmouth along with the Helford passage etc, with Trebah gardens just down the road.
We enjoyed ourselves a lot in Mawnan Smith. The closest beach is a 20 min walk away, the village has a nice shop where you can get everything you need. The house is really nice, calm, quiet, large and as described. Thank you for hosting us!
