Looked like photos and descriptions. Very responsive host. Everything was good. We had an issue with bathroom door knob, stuck and host tried to arrange a maintenance specialist to repair unfortunately we checked out 6 days after and did not get repaired. Other than that, we appreciate the host and wish him best of luck.

We really enjoyed our three night stay in this charming two bed apartment which has an elegant yet homey feel. Easy 10 minute walk from Baron’s Court and good access to Fulham and Putney. The kitchen is light, airy and well equipped with quality marble worktops and floor tiles - and the bathroom is also attractively tiled with an excellent bath/shower. Large attractive living room with dining area.. Access is up a fairly narrow staircase which could be challenging with heavy bags. Wi-Fi, iron and ironing board is provided. Bedrooms have comfortable beds with excellent storage. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. Although the kitchen is well equipped - tea towels and some welcome teabags, coffee could be a nice addition. Overall, a lovely apartment with great hosts and we would definitely consider returning.

A really enjoyable experience. The flat is very tastefully decorated and felt homely. It's well located on a quiet street , within a 10 minute walk of Barons Court or W Kensington tubes and 15 mins from the Thames path. There's a late night convenience store nearby and two decent pubs which do good food. The bathroom has an excellent shower /bath and the kitchen is well equipped. WiFi is provided too. Tobias was very good/quick at communicating and the check in was straightforward. We'd certainly think of staying here again.

Muhit merkeze biraz uzak sayılır ancak nezih ve güvenilir bir yerdeydi. Evde European priz yer almıyor o nedenle dönüştürücü gerekebilir. Her şey için teşekkürler☘️
Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour chez Toby. La communication avec Marc, son intermédiaire a été très fluide. Le logement correspond parfaitement à la description et aux photos et se situe dans un quartier calme, un peu excentré du coeur de ville, mais à proximité de stations de métro qui y conduisent. Nous recommandons fortement ce logement.
Toby a fait preuve d’une grande flexibilité quant à notre arrivée. Le logement est bien situé, proche du métro Barons court avec une chouette et courte balade (10min) avant d’y accéder. Nous étions 4, 2 adultes et 2 enfants et avons séjourné 4 nuits dans l’appartement. Les 2 lits avaient du linge très propre, l’appartement avait une machine à laver avec sèche linge intégré, un aspirateur, un micro-ondes et tout ce qu’il faut pour cuisiner. Des magasins tel que tesco express sont accessibles à pied.
Nice flat and location. It was clean and was good for relaxing and eating in. Could use some minor things like new lightbulbs and maintenance on the shower temperature regulator.
it was a lovely and warm 2 bedroom apartment. Very clean and well maintained with all the facilities available. host was very responsive, kind and flexible for a late check out. local shop is a few steps away for a quick grocery run..street parking was free from 5 pm onwards but we got a paid parking close by.... overall amazing and peaceful stay ...would definitely recommend This lovely apartment...???
Toby's place was well located, the home was as descrisbed and was spotlessly clean. Communiication was good and there were no issues. Would recommend.

My five-night stay near Baron's Court, London was amazing! The house was spotless with all necessary amenities provided, including strong WiFi and a Netflix account. The bed was incredibly comfortable. However, there were a couple of minor issues that detracted slightly from the experience. The water heater in the shower was temperamental, fluctuating between scalding hot and icy cold temperatures, making it difficult to find a comfortable balance, and the location required a 10-minute walk to the station, which could be inconvenient, especially at night. Nevertheless, the owner's kindness in allowing early check-in and late check-out made up for it. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Toby!

We liked the place very much. It was beautiful and clean. But it was a little cold, because the heating did not work the hole time. It is a very goog place to visit London, The underground station barons court is really near. Many Thanks to Toby! He allowed us to check in earlier. That was very kind.
Casa accogliente, una piccola cucina fornita di tutto il necessario, un soggiorno con divano, poltrona, TV ed un tavolo dove consumare i pasti. Due camere da letto di cui una un po' più ampia, entrambe dotate di armadio. Unica pecca la vasca/doccia, è stato difficile entrare ed uscire perché abbastanza alta e difficile regolare la temperatura dell'acqua. Riscaldamenti ok. La casa si trova in un quartiere abbastanza tranquillo, vicinissimo c'è un negozietto di alimentari e a 15 minuti a piedi si trova la metro. Siamo stati bene
Cozy, quiet place in Fulham, West London. Can recommend. Only mark: the heating system did not fully function, so it was a bit cold. But the host organised a plumber pretty quickly. So great response!
