Located on 2 floors, there is a spacious living room with a large comfortable sofa and smart TV leading to a small balcony/patio. There is room for dining and a modern kitchen with all the equipment needed to cook a home-like meal.
On the second floor there is a normal double bedroom and a music room with a double sofa bed and a grand piano and a speaker (with interface and sound table).
There is a main bathroom with a bath, shower and WC
To make sure you can stay connected is fast WIFI throughout the house
Guests have full access to the entire home during their stay
Apartment was well positioned and close to everything, which was the highlight. Well maintained for a council apartment. Could do with less clutter, plus the lounge/dining room upstairs made it difficult to serve dinner as the kitchen was downstairs. Two flights of stairs to navigate.

J'aurais mis une étoile de plus s'il n'y avait pas eu quelques dysfonctionnements (fixations de lunette cassée, baignoire sans bouchon, fusible du four). Mais linge de maison (draps et serviettes impeccable et situation intéressante à côté de Regent's canal, entre le centre et l'est de Londres (Shoreditch, Whitechapel, etc)
A very cosy flat in a nice neighbourhood, within walking distance of many cosy places. Perfect base for a long weekend in London. We felt completely at home and the host was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

El alojamiento muy acogedor y limpio. Las camas limpias y muy cómodas. Toallas buenas y suficientes. Equipada al máximo, y muy acogedora. La calefacción y agua caliente perfectas. Lo único a la hora de la llegada, no sabíamos que número de apartamento era, el cuál no viene especificado ni en la reserva ni en la llaves. Tuvimos que intuir que apartamento era por las fotos del anuncio.
Close to a bunch of bars, restaurants and two train stations. It’s like 15-20 from the London eyes and that big clock tower people, like super quiet and very nice people in the area. I’d happily stay here again pretty chill and responsive host also.
Staying at Toby's was very comfortable - the flat is spacious for 3 guests, beds are comfortable and it has a homey feel. The location was perfect, just outside a breakfast joint and 5-7 min walk to Old Street tube station. The neighbourhood is safe and the flat has a London standard. Kitchen is well equipped with modern amenities if you wish to cook. All in all - definitely recommend it!

Really great spot on a quiet street in the middle of everything. Very homely space, functioning kitchen, great beds. My flight was delayed and the person who welcomed me was so accommodating to the change of arrival time. I will definitely book this next time I come to London, we loved it!
