We had such a wonderful stay. The location was central, beautiful, and exactly as described. It suited our family of 4 perfectly. We would recommend this accommodation to anyone looking yo stay and travel around London.

Me and my family really enjoyed our stay in Tobias apartment. It was really spacious and perfect for a long weekend in London. We really liked the patio to play table tennis and basket ball as well. The area is perfect with good connections with bus & tube. Only 10 min walk from portobello road and food shops. Definitely recommend his apartment!
Very comfortable and quiet accommodation. Brilliant location close to restaurants and shops on Westbourne Grove and Portobello Rd, and an easy walk to the tube. Tobias was a great host — very responsive and helpful. Would stay again.
Very clean and well kept apartment
The apartment is located on a beautiful, quiet Notting Hill street, close to many cafes and boutique stores. While the area was lovely, it was not well connected to transport links or near a grocery store. The apartment itself was well furnished, bright with a nice patio, quiet, and spacious, and perfect for us and our two kids. However, it didn't feel quite clean, many dishes and kitchen utensils had food on them, the fridge and freezer had not been emptied or cleaned, and the beds didn't feel fresh. The mattress in the master bedroom was terrible and needs to be replaced. The host was helpful: when we couldn't locate an iron at the apartment, he asked us to source one and offered to reimburse us for it, which is great. We also couldn't find the drying rack but thankfully there is a dryer on site. The toiletries were unconventional and placed in dirty bottles, and one of the bathrooms had a broken flush plate as well. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and enjoyed Notting Hill!

Fantastic location in Notting Hill, right by Ottolenghi and all the shops and restaurants in Westbourne Grove. About a 10 minute walk to Notting Hill Gate tube and Kensington Gardens, and beautiful safe neighborhood. The flat is very clean and comfortable. No clutter. Peaceful. We are a family of four and it was great to have two full bathrooms and the washer and tumble dryer.
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l’appartement de Tobias. L’appartement était idéal pour notre famille avec nos deux enfants (2ans et demi & 6ans). La literie est très confortable, nous avons tous très bien dormi. Les salles de bains sont impeccables et avec des douches qui ont une bonne pression d’eau. La cuisine est très bien équipée. Avoir à disposition une machine à laver et un sèche linge c’est vraiment très pratique surtout quand on vient pour un petit séjour avec des enfants sans de trop grosses valises ! La communication avec Tobias a été très facile, et suite un changement d’heure de décollage de notre avion par la compagnie pour notre retour, un départ un peu plus tardif a été possible et c’était vraiment très pratique pour nous. Enfin l’appartement est très bien situé. À proximité de tout ! Seulement 10mins du métro Nothing Hill, ainsi que plein d’arrêts de bus à proximité ! Vraiment je recommanderais à ma famille et mes amis cet appartement et nous reviendrons !!
Great stay in London the flat has everything you need just a block from Portobello Rd. Also there’s a great coffee spot, bakery, and pub steps from the front door. Bunk beds for the kids, laundry a huge plus for a long trip. Highly recommend.
we had a great stay in Notting Hill! Really nice apartment - kids loved playing on the table tennis table and in general a very nice and spacious appartement. Kitchen is well-fitted and modern with everything you need! Bathrooms were clean - all-in-all we had a great stay!!!!

Great spacious apartment with lots of natura light, just around the corner from Portabello Road.
Location cannot be beat!! So much better than staying in the more central areas of London. Bedrooms are smaller than photos show, bunk bed room has not just one but two desks which take up quite a bit of space. One of the bathrooms mirror and bath mat looked dirty when we arrived. Didn’t love the check in process. I was told by the host that he had arranged for someone else to arrange someone to meet me at the Airbnb.

Wir waren zu Viert für vier Nächte in Tobys Wohnung in Notting Hill. Die Lage ist toll, es ist sehr ruhig, aber die Portobello Road ist nur 5 Minuten Fussweg entfernt. Von der U-Bahn Station aus erreicht man alle wichtigen Ziele in London sehr schnell. Es gibt auch einen guten Bus gleich um die Ecke. In der Wohnung war alles sehr sauber und so wie beschrieben. Die Kommunikation mit Tobi war sehr gut.
The neighborhood and accommodation was superb with many interesting cafes, restaurants and shops. The facility was average, and would have appreciatemore with microwaves and kitchen paper etc.
Le logement est totalement conforme à la description. Il est très spacieux, très propre et surtout très bien équipé. La terrasse extérieure est un plus pour Londres.

An absolutely wonderful clean, spacious, bright and well positioned apartment. Having lived in London myself for 6 years I didn’t take for granted the beautiful natural light, space and outdoor area that Toby’s place provides. The place is bigger and nicer than the photos. The main bedrooom plus the bunk room was perfect for our family of 4 (9 and 12 year old kids) plus 2 bathrooms with good water pressure in the showers and a bath was also great. Notting Hill is just beautiful and even though 10 minutes is on the longer side for access to a tube station, there’s a bus (double decker!) just around the corner that takes you into central London. Having the Ottolenghi cafe a 1 minute walk away (with excellent coffee right right door) and Portobello road just around the corner is a huge bonus. I’d most certainly stay here again and recommend it to friends and family in a heart beat.
Our stay was lovely! Very spacious and having the patio was great for my son to shoot hoops. The French doors in the 2nd bedroom did not open to the patio which would have been nice. All the amenities were great and it was nice to have a washer and drier in the flat. Lots of great shops and restaurants to walk to. Toby responded quickly to messages and recommended Citymapper app to help get around. Great help! We would stay here again.
Our family of four stayed at Toby's house for a couple of nights last week. It's newly renovated and bright. The kitchen is quite different in a good way. Overall it is a very comfortable home and we enjoyed coming back there after sightseeing. It's 5mins from the 'travel bookshop/Portobello Rd' and also right amongst high end cafes and boutiques. We can recommend.
Very well located and fully equipped. Only suggestion would be an easier coffee machine like for example a Nespresso. A small tv in the bedroom would also add to the comfort.
Staying at Toby's place was great - we were very comfortable and enjoying having a yard for the kids to play in. The listing needs to be updated to indicate there is no microwave, so that people can plan accordingly.

We had an absolut fantastic stay and felt home from the very first beginning. Toby's hidaway is the perfect place for the area. Very good located for Notting Hill. Shops, restaurants, pubs, public transport etc. all in walking distance. A warm thank you to Toby to let us stay at this very special place. Will come back!

Nice flat with a good outdoor space for kids. Good level of service. The second room could be more spacious by simply eliminating one of the two tables in it. Overall a great stay. We also much appreciated the flexibility on check out time which is a real plus when traveling with kids
Great location Flat clean and functionnal. Kitchen dishes and pots very good. Nearby portobello Rad westbroune avenus and Tube at Notthing Hill Gate or westbourne station I recommend Quiet place too which is nice. Close to Notting Hill famous private garddns
Fantastisch appartement in Nottinghil. Als gezin hebben we genoten, het is precies wat je nodig hebt voor een paar dagen Londen. Hyde park en de metro op 12 min lopen. Om de hoek van Portobello road en er zijn veel leuke restaurants en pubs in de buurt.

We had a fabulous time staying at Toby’s apartment. It was clean, comfortable and quiet. Plenty of space. The location was great. Easy access to many metro stations and bus stops. Restaurants and shops nearby were fantastic. Would definitely recommend staying at this apartment.

Great stay, relatively confy and practical, albeit a bit pricy for the size and the total absence of (i) furniture / details for cozyiness and (ii) the very mechanic / almost "ai powered" host Good overall though; and practical. And streamlined communication (although total absence of advice / "care")
Great place and location for our weekend in London!
I stayed here for four nights with my husband and two adult children and we had a great time. The place is exactly as pictured - we had space to spread out and were thankful to have a kitchen and laundry that we were able to use during our travels. It is in a great location - about a 10 minute walk to the underground and close to a lot of shopping and restaurants.
Fantastic 3 days stay here with my family . Toby’s place was clean, cool looking , well equiped with all new appliances. Beds were super comfy and the kids enjoyed their bunk beds. Extra thumbs up for 2 x showers a bath & 2 x toilets !! Very close to cafes ,restaurants, supermarkets ,Portobello Rd market & a short walk to the nearest tube station. My only qualm would be the phone reception isn’t that great, but it could of been my roaming provider and the wifi ( reconnecting) Would recommend this place 10/10
Great apartment in a great location. We loved staying here! Loved the coffee maker, the water filter, and the washing machine. We had a couple of questions, and the owner was very responsive. They were flexible with the checking and checkout times. Super Stay!!!
