“Elmslie” is a family friendly 2 bed bungalow at the bottom of a quiet cul-de-sac in the London home counties market town of Epson. A short 5-7 min walk to the center of town and the train station with high speed links to central London door to door in 30 mins.
By arriving at the property, you can also find plenty parking space off street for 2 standard cars. After entering this single level home, you can find the spacious spaces of open-plan living and dining area that features a convertible double sofa bed (that can sleep 2), a confortable sofa chair, a 55" large TV, coffee and dining tables.
The master bedroom features a supremely comfortable king-size bed, quality linens, towels, plenty of storage. The other bedroom features similar amenities but it has 1 smaller double bed and 1 single bed.
The full size fully equipped kitchen has an oven and cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, toaster, washing machine and electric kettle along with high quality cookware and everything you could need should you wish to dine at home.
The well-equipped and tiled main bathroom provides a bath/shower, sink and WC whilst there is an additional separate toilet.

Stayed whilst moving house with 6 week old baby. Tobias offered us an early check in as heating wasn’t on to allow early access to adjust temp. House well equipped and had baby equipment: high chair, travel cot , clothes rack. Had to extend stay twice, Tobias communicated quickly and agreed to our extension.

Great stay, less than 15 minutes to Chessington World of Adventure. Basic amenities included like tea, coffee, towels, hand wash, soap, shower gel etc very clean and quiet neighbourhood. Lots of restaurants, pubs and a town centre just a mile away.
We were super comfortable, with everything we needed, ideal location for our event.

We would thoroughly recommend this house and found it perfect for a family of four. We had a great stay here and would very happily stay again. The house is spacious with plenty of storage, it was spotlessly clean and tidy when we arrived, it is warm (we were there in January), has a well equipped kitchen, and is generally very comfortable to be in. The photos and descriptions matched the reality. Communication with Toby was very easy - courteous, prompt and helpful. The house is close to Epsom town centre (a five minute or so walk) especially if you use the back gate which cuts off a chunk of the walk. The location is excellent for access to Epsom, heading into London by train and a few minutes drive in the other direction takes you straight out into the Surrey countryside. Definitely recommended.

Cozy and comfortable felt right at home, had everything we needed for our trip with our toddler. Bedding was better than a hotel with fresh cotton sheets and soft pillows. Easy access with its own parking. Would definitely recommend staying here, worth the price. Walkable distance to shops and delicious restaurants. Very accessible to many towns including London! The location itself had a lot to offer honestly.

Lovely quiet location yet close to central Epsom with trains to Central London every half hour. Alternatively, it's easy to head out of London into the stunning Surrey Hills, and the protected wild area of Epsom and Ashtead Common is a short walk from the house - or 5 min drive to park on the edge and there's then miles of unspoiled countryside to explore, including a great circular route for a run. The house retains its original features including a beautiful parquet flooring. It's light and airy with good-sized rooms. The garden is lovely and secluded and if you leave by the back gate then the local garage shop (M&S) is 2 mins walk selling the basics plus good quality easy-cook food, and coffee and pastries. The house was spotlessly clean and the host clearly cares that you enjoy your stay and I felt would have been very quick to respond to any query had I had any. I would certainly recommend and be very happy to book again.

Tobys place was perfect for my stay in Epsom, very clean and tidy inside and out, beautiful garden and surroundings, very private and quiet area, Toby messaged before and during my stay to make sure everything was ok and very quickly responded to any questions I had, I couldn’t fault the property or the experience at all, I would definitely stay again

Toby was a great host he answered any questions we had. The bungalow was as described within easy reach of local amenities, good links to the trains, buses and town centre. The accommodation was comfortable, clean and had everything you needed. The children had space to play outside. We will certainly use again when down in Epsom visiting family. Good location; secluded, safe, with off street parking. M&S food shop 2 minutes walk away, and a larger supermarket a 5 minute drive away. 15 minute walk to the railway station with frequent connections into London. Communication with Toby was excellent. Very comfortable stay. Thank you
Nice and Cozy place. Quite spacious. The neighbours were great. At the end of a cul-de-sac, so pretty quiet and private. Had a one week stay with my family, Felt right at home. Toby kept in touch during the entire stay. No complaints whatsoever.

What a lovely place! We felt very comfortable there and it had everything we needed. Great location, close to Epsom and the train to London. Great size for the kitchen--we were able to have several home cooked meals. Beautiful back garden. Will definitely recommend to others!

A lovely bungalow at the end of a close so was very private. A short walk to Epsom town centre which was very useful. There was a train strike during our stay but it was a fairly short drive to Morden from where we caught the tube into central London. Lots of pubs, restaurants, takeaways in Epsom plus an M & S local 2 minutes walk away which was useful. Very clean, with lots of amenities plus smart tv. Powerful shower, towels included and beds were so comfortable! Would definitely recommend. Thank you Toby.
We stayed here while visiting friends in local area. Very handy for Epsom town centre, place is very clean and adequate for a short stay. There is a good M&S food located minutes away from the property.
