Beautiful cosy cottage with a relaxed and spacious feel, situated in a charming street at the beginning of the White Cliffs walk in Dover and just 3 minutes walk to the seafront. It is also just a short walk to all the shops, restaurants and cinema in St James' Square. We are situated just below Dover Castle and infact our back garden terrace wall is the White Cliff of Dover.
The terrace is also a lovely decked area that catches the sun for most of the day through the french doors of the master bedroom.
The master bedroom features an exceptionally comfortable double bed, high-quality beddings, towels, ample storage, and direct access to the terrace for relaxation after a hectic day.
The second bedroom, whilst smaller, has a top quality double bed, soft linens, towels and storage.
The modern and stylish living/dining room provides a light and airy feel to the cottage which has a TV, dining table and a sofa.
The full size fully equipped kitchen has a oven and cooktop, microwave, toaster, kettle, refrigerator/freezer along with high-quality cookware and everything you could need should you wish to dine at home.

We had a very nice stay at Toby's apartment. The house is very nice and cozy, the location is good (just a bit difficult to reach with public transport, but very close to the sea and the cliff walk), and Toby was very responsive. Unfortunately, we had to deal with a clogged sink in the kitchen for most of our stay which was a bit annoying. I would still recommend this house to everyone looking for a calm and peaceful retreat in Dover!
We are very satisfied with our stay in this house, it is clean, comfortable and cozy, it also has a terrace with a gorgeous view of the white rocks. If we decide to visit this city again, we will definitely choose this house❤️

We had a lovely stay. If you have littles, the bedroom with the oars is perfect as the bed is quite low and my daughter loved being able to see out the window as it was low as well. The beautiful balcony is on the top floor connected to the other bedroom. We did have a small issue but we contacted Tobias and he quickly got back to us and we were able to sort it no fuss. He also left an informative guide about the house and places around the area to eat and even taxi services. Parking is free 5.30pm-10am there is free parking at the top of the road though if you can’t be bothered to keep moving the car before 10am. Walking to the shops was easy enough from the house and having the castle pretty much right behind us was cool. I will say it must be on a route to the cliffs or castle as many hikers/random people walked past the house and was a bit noisy. We didn’t mind, just noticed it. Overall it was a good stay and recommend it for the location, view, and helpful host.

Perfect weekend get away!! GREAT location to walk to Dover Castle and a short drive to the White Cliffs of Dover!! House was as described, good for 2 couples or a small family. Super close to grocery, shopping, and town center. Highly recommend!

Nos gustó mucho la casa, pero lo que más nos sorprendió fue la terraza para tomar el sol, y la increíble vista por la noche con el cielo despejado y white cliff. A menos de 5 minutos andando de la playa. El apartamento estaba impecable. Un sitio cómodo y tranquilo. Encontramos exactamente lo que buscamos que era desconexión.

that is a wonderful place, very close to sea and cliffs. we had all we needed for a several days-long stay. it is not luxerious, but overall great and i could not mention even one thing I could possibly comply about. perhaps some blankets could be a nice addition, so the guests could enjoy the terrace with such a tremendous view on cliffs even more. nevertheless, it's 10/10

It was a perfect place for our short break, Peacefull and quiet yet not far from town. It is really a hideaway from London hectic life.
absolutely beautiful home and amazing view of the cliffs. we booked here for the weekend as went to France on the ferry. great location very easy to get to port. only downside we had was we couldn't get parked at all both nights. second night we had to park next street and unfortunately our car was damaged. absolutely no fault of Tobias but parking is very difficult. would definitely recommend staying. thank you

The house is in an ideal location, just a short distance from the iconic Dover White Cliffs, plus lots of shops and the train station are nearby – super convenient for exploring the area. The house itself was spotless, with everything in perfect working order. It felt very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. Great stay in Dover after returning from France. Excellent location! Great amenities. Really cosy place. Unfortunately it was raining so we couldn’t enjoy the outside decking! But it was a beautiful peaceful space! Would recommend 100%

Great house with beautiful back garden view towards the cliff. Perfect for chilling out in the evening. Location is convenient if you want to walk to the white cliff. roughly 20 minutes to the majority of attractions and also train station. There is no WiFi at the property, but you can buy the BTwifi and share it with the group. 5G signal does not work very well here (maybe just our phones). It will be better if we can have a brief guidebook or manual book of how to turn on the heating, adjust shower water or how to use the kitchen.

We loved staying at "our yellow house". Situated right under the cliffs, the view was amazing! The house was cozy and walking distance to the town centre, the castle and the White Cliffs of Dover!
