The living area combines an elegant, stylish interior decor with gorgeous finishing touches to create a beautiful, spacious and relaxing place to live. Take the weight off your feet, chill out on the sofa and make yourself at home in this sophisticated and aesthetically pleasing space! The fireplace adds a romantic touch to the ensemble and the floor-to-ceiling glass doors open onto the calm and secluded garden. In the modern kitchen, you’ll find all the modern appliances you need to cook a delicious meal. Underfloor heating is installed throughout the whole apartment.
The master bedroom has a superbly comfortable king-size bed with fresh luxury linens. There’s also ample storage and wardrobe space built into the design so you can unpack and settle in. There is also a second, peaceful bedroom with a double bed. You can freshen up in one of the two well-appointed bathrooms - wake up in the mornings to an energising shower. The main bathroom features Turkish-inspired interiors, recreating your personal urban hammam. Towels and toiletries are provided!
For all its many highlights, such as the perfect location, excellent transport links and modern facilities, the real highlight of the property is the stunning garden which adds to the peaceful feel of the home and creates an urban oasis in the city.
The property will be cleaned before your stay.
You will have access to the entire property and it is important that you are respectful towards your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 10pm. Our standard check-in time is at 3pm and our standard check-out time is at 11am.
The property sits on the ground floor of a building and has an internal flight of stairs.
Bedroom fireplace is not active.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr gut, um sowohl Notting Hill zu erschließen als auch mit der Circle Line schnell in die City zu kommen. Checkin hat unkompliziert funktioniert, Kommu mit Sara lief sehr reibungslos. Die Wohnung selbst ist eigentlich sehr spannend geschnitten und hat einen kleinen innenliegenden Kunstrasen, die Fotos waren sehr vielversprechend. Leider waren der Außenbereich und Eingang nicht für das Frühjahr hergerichtet (altes Laub, Hundekotbeutel), vielleicht waren wir der Saisonbeginn. Auch innen war die Reinigung in Teilen eher oberflächlich, das Sofa barg unter den Kissen einige Überraschungen. Wir hatten Probleme mit der Fussboden-Heizung, die nicht regulierbar war und zusammen mit den herrschenden hohen Außentemperaturen die Wohn- und Schlafzimmer auf 28-30 Grad aufgeheizt hat, was die Nächte sehr unangenehm werden ließ. Leider ließ nach anfänglicher Hilfeversuche dann die weitere persönliche Kommunikation nach, wir haben uns dann mit den Umständen arrangiert.

Le logement était très propre, joliment décoré et conforme aux photos. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le jardin et l’emplacement, idéal pour découvrir la ville et dans un quartier très agréable. La communication avec l’hôte a été fluide, et nous avons beaucoup aimé leur flexibilité concernant les horaires d’arrivée et de départ, c'est un vrai plus ! Quelques points à noter néanmoins : il faisait assez chaud dans l’appartement pendant tout le séjour (environ 26°C), et le thermostat ne semblait pas fonctionner. Il n’était pas possible d’ouvrir les fenêtres dans les chambres pour aérer, ce qui a un peu pesé sur le confort. L’un des matelas est légèrement affaissé sur le bord (sans que cela gêne vraiment le sommeil), et le débit d’eau d’une des deux douches était assez faible. Enfin, un petit plus aurait été la mise à disposition de café. Cela reste toutefois une très bonne adresse, que je recommande !
We stayed in Saras lovely appartment with our two kids and it was perfect! There is even a ping pong table which was awesome- we felt absolutely at home. The neighbourhood was lovely- we will definately come back when we‘re in London again!

Had a lovely stay in London with a comfortable home to come back from the daily travels to. Thoroughly enjoyed the space and being away from all of the noise, but close enough to busses and the tube to get anywhere needed. Absolutely wonderful!
Location was amazing, close to a tube station and near the market. House was clean and felt safe. Decor was cute. If you enjoy walking, can get to a lot of fun areas from here by foot. Downsides.. You get one small towel and one shower towel per person for your stay. No shared hand towels for the bathroom, so someone has to give us their personal small towel. The kitchen has one tiny washcloth, no dish towels or napkins or paper towels, so you'll need to do a store run prior to settling in. Another person has to give us their small towel for a kitchen towel. We also had to buy dish soap and hand soap for the kitchen, as there was enough for about a day in the containers. Our flight was minorly delayed landing, and we almost had to pay the hefty late fee check in for after 7 PM, for something out of our control. Make sure you read all the details of possible add on fees.

This Airbnb was in a great location. The bathrooms and bedrooms were very clean. The beds were very comfortable and peaceful, and the layout of the space is great. Everything was in working order. The hosts accommodated an early check in which we very much appreciated. As others have stated the place is not as maintained as it appears in the photos and shows signs of wear and tear. The yard in particular was not as pictured which was disappointing as we were looking to utilize the space (for one, there was a broken ping pong table in the yard). There were some issues relating to cleaning of the main area. We relayed the above comments to the host during our stay. While the overall experience was positive, given the high cost of the Airbnb and the fact that this was a splurge, these items did factor into our review. Also, noting this is a garden (basement) level apartment. This is not a positive or negative but noting as it was not clear when we booked.
Rarely do pictures represent the true condition of an airbnb. In this case, the flat was as good if not better than represented. Surprisingly big, bright, spacious and smart remodel that makes this basement flat feel anything but. Would 100% recommend and stay again. For those visiting with a car, notting hill is notoriously tough to find and pay for carparks without resident permits. Highly recommend using JustPark website to book local parking spots.
Sara’s place was excellent. One block from the tube, five minute walk to Portobello Road and Ledbury Road and all-around bright and comfortable. She was very accommodating for an early check in and communication was immaculate.
Saras place is in a nice location. Definitely shows signs of wear and tear with broken lights and broken shades. But overall functional and practical.
Great place to stay, close to shops etc. Clean apartment and easy check in. Only annoying thing was the tv only worked for Amazon and Netflix. Not “normal” tv like advertised on the listing. Would stay again
Lovely flat in a perfect location. Everything you need for a weekend away. We had a lovely time exploring for Sara’s place. There is charge for checking in after 7. Worth looking at full details if you’re travelling into London later.
Siamo stati ospiti dell’alloggio di Sara, si ci siamo trovati benissimo come posizione e come location, molto pulito . Unico difetto nell’impianto elettrico della cucina che aveva un problemino… di contatti! Soggiornò comunque ottimo !!!
We loved staying at Sara’s place! Great places around to walk to (restaurants, market, stores). Bus and metro around the corner The place was spotless and we felt at home right away. Quiet and comfortable place. We highly recommend!
Location was great and flat very comfortable and clean.
This place looks exactly like the pictures, is in an AMAZING location and close to the Tube. We loved staying here! The person who met us at check in was extremely friendly and helpful! There are some negatives: The space was not as clean as I expected: Dust clumps, cobwebs in the bathroom, trash left in the kitchen garbage from the person before. The bottom of the one mattress was broken, although it was still comfortable. Our stay was 4 days and we were given one towel and bath mat per person. No hand towels or washcloths were given. It was hard to do makeup in the bathroom due to poor lighting, one light burnt out. If you do not care about little personal touches, I would still recommend this place. It is beautifully decorated and in a perfect location. Just know it feels like it’s managed by many different people, and lacks the personal touches that many other hosts have spoiled me with. Even with all the negative said, I would still stay here again. The flat is very cool.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Sara ! L’appartement est splendide, confortable et le quartier est exceptionnel ! Le métro est à 2 minutes à pied, et la rue de Portobello, à 5 minutes ! Les recommandations dans l’appartement pour les restaurants dans les alentours sont top !! Nous sommes venus avec nos deux filles et avons tous les 4 appréciés le logement !! Je reviendrai avec grand plaisir lors d’un prochain séjour !
Sarah and Andrea were both very helpful. I appreciated the check-in flexibility as I was traveling internationally and had my young son with me. The house were perfect for our needs - cozy with a nice outdoor space. The location was great for us. Access to public transportation and 3 walkable parks.

Great place and location
This was a cute place. Lots of room, comfy beds, excellent bathrooms, garden was a plus! So nice to have breathing room while staying in london. Very close to the tube and easy to get anywhere. Will stay again.
Sara’s place is very nicely situated near the Westbourne Park tube stop and Portobello Road. Her place is nice and sunny and clean. The beds were very comfortable. We had a few issues with the internet and hob and the place lacked a few essentials as well. Overall, our experience was very good.
Sarah was an amazing host, and this unit was spectacular. It was a lovely place to land, and spend time in, and so close to so many amazing spots to eat and shop, and even closer to the tube station, which guaranteed you could be nearly anywhere in twenty minutes. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend this place to anyone looking for a homey spot in a not super congested area, with easy access to the rest of the city.
We had a lovely stay… beautiful home and lovely to have the garden space as well. Sara was very helpful, arranged a camp cot for our toddler, and was flexible on check in and check out times which was helpful.

On the edge of Notting Hill on a mixed block near the subway A few blocks from Portobello Rd. This is a garden level apartment that you go down stairs below street level to reach. It’s spacious with 2 bedrooms. As a full time AirBNB that is being run by a property manager it has some wear. The management was quick to respond and made attempts to repair the broken toilet and washing machine and a repair person came by but when they weren’t able to do so managment offered a £75 credit for the inconvenience.
Appartement bien situé, quartier agréable. Situé en entresol ( chambres peu lumineuses), mais avec une cuisine et le salon donnant sur le petit jardin ensoleillé.
We had a pleasant stay at this Airbnb rental in Notting Hill. The highlight of the apartment was undoubtedly the amazingly comfortable beds. The backyard and ping pong table were a fantastic addition, providing a fun and enjoyable space for our group to relax and have some entertainment. However, there were a few downsides to our stay. The dishwasher didn't seem to function properly, which was a bit inconvenient. Additionally, the downstairs shower had a window that allowed visibility from the outside, making privacy a concern unless we covered it. Another consideration is the steep stairs leading into the house, which may pose a challenge for anyone with mobility issues. I personally experienced a mishap when closing the gate one evening and cut my toe on the steps. Overall, we had a good time exploring the area and London (Train a few steps away) and appreciated the positive aspects of the rental. The electric cinema, and nearby Portobello Road were definitely the highlights.
Fantastic Place. Only a stone's throw away from the tube station. Notting Hill at it’s best. We immediately felt like home. Stylish. Urban. Definitely a location to return to!
Living like a Londoner Nice and spacious appartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The highlight is the back garden. Easy to reach within 3 minutes walk from underground. Portobello Road just 10 minutes walk away.
Nice and comfortable stay at Sara's, lots of natural light and a very nice kitchen and garden! Perfect for a short family vacation, really enjoyed our time. Only thing to note is that the frying pans are not made for induction hobs but the ports worked perfectly so we had no issues :)

My family had a lovely stay! The access to the tube station was ideal and we definitely tried some of the recommended restaurants nearby. The flat was as-described, private, and had most of the things we needed. Could’ve used a bit more towels - one per person for a week was tricky. But the BEDS!! Omg. So comfy!
