Great house to stay in. 3 good sized bedrooms. lots of space. Warmed up really quickly once we switched in the heating, we were toasty. A little out from the main hub and we used taxis a lot back and forth. they were really good value and always available.

A quiet residential street and a very comfortable flat, conveniently located for transport to central Belfast (the bus stop is literally at the end of the road).
Absolutely loved our stay here! The place itself is just lovely – super clean, cosy, and in a really nice private area that felt peaceful and safe. The host was brilliant, replied instantly whenever we had a question, and made everything so easy. Honestly fantastic value for what you get. Already missing it – Belfast is such a great city, can’t wait to come back! 100% recommend.
Great location, we were a group of 6 friends and it has everything we needed for our stay. The bus to the centre was at the top of the road and was only £2.30 for a single fare. Would definitely stay here again, thank you!

Our first time in Belfast and we enjoyed our time! — Tobias Mead’s place was sweet and right near public transportation. It was an easy check-in and had everything we needed for our time there! We felt right at home. Be sure to check the safety section of the listing if you have any issues with stairs. You are met with a set of stairs (fairly steep) to get to the main floor of the duplex. If stairs are an issue, probably not the place for you. If you don’t mind stairs, this is a GREAT spot!!!

Lovely place and true to photos. Only down fall that there was old food from previous people left in the fridges and cupboards. Skirting boards and windowsills dusty. Had to also rewash some of the cutlery as it was dirty.

Nice flat in a quiet area close to Belfast centre and in a good location to quickly go into the countryside. The flat looked as advertised and Toby was always responding quickly if I had a question. Would rent again next time I find myself in the area.

Great place close to town if you are getting a taxi, plus is 10 minute taxi from the city airport. Really nice living spaces and bedrooms, hidden gem for us!

Toby's place is nice and easy to find and lock box for a simple self check in. The bedrooms and bedding are perfect with a bathroom on both floors. We didn't use the WiFi or TV but there is access to both. It's a 30 to 40 minute walk into town but there is a bus stop just at the end of the road. Perfect for a weekend visit to Belfast.

Great flat equipped with everything you need. The location is a bit outside of the city centre but it can be perfectly reached by bus. Perfect communication. Any time again.
The place was clean and comfortable. Had a lovely stay with family at the property. Accessible to public transport and shops as well.
Easy to find and check in. Very clean, spacious, there were 6 adults, and very comfortable furniture and beds. Bus stops at the end of the road and only 15 mins to city centre. Would return in a heart beat. Thanks Toby.
Myself and my family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, it was spotless and immaculate throughout and our beds were like sleeping on clouds!! Toby was exceptionally helpful and was easily contactable at all times. We didn’t want to leave we loved it so much!! We will definitely be returning!! 5 stars for everything!!!
Great place to stay. Visited my sister and was walkable to her flat. Also just need to walk to top of road to catch the bus to town. Shop also only 10 min walk! Very comfortable bed :)

Lovely 2 story flat in a quiet area yet still close to the centre, lots of amenities and the flat was spotless. Host is very helpful with quick response times. A very good price for what you’re getting and definitely worth it.
Very nice apartment, spacious & spotless in a quiet neighbourhood. Just 1min walk to bus stop, 10 mins journey to city centre. Great value for money. I would stay here again.
